On the rooftops

Summary: Romeo climbs a chimney... If your character has reason to be on the roof then feel free to bother him :D

After he had spoken to the two men, who hadn't been all that scary he had been taken into the largest room he had seen since they had snuck into the castle to prove Alfredo's innocence to the king. There had been a lady and she hadn't been mean to him either but had given him a bag with a uniform that she told him he had to wear and a book to read and then had shown him something she'd called an introduction video and that's where things had gotten strange.

After all another lady had talked to him from the wall! And if that hadn't been terrifying enough words had appeared from nowhere. Was this really what school was like? But no, he had to be brave. It was his dream, and Alfredo's to grow up and learn things so that they could make the world a better place.

It would have been easier to be brave if Picolla was there, but he wasn't he had stayed at home (or so Romeo guessed, he couldn't remember leaving). He was stood now in his new room, there were five beds in it but at the moment he was alone. But outside, there were so many adults. He could hear them, and their footsteps.

"School is a lot scarier than I thought Alfredo," he said as he put the uniform bag and the book on one of the beds. Then he heard voices closer, he worried they were coming to the room and even though he was trying hard to be brave... well sometimes he didn't live up to the standards of Alfredo. He looked around for a safe place, there! He darted over to the other side of the room and ducked into the fireplace. It was cold and actually wasn't that sooty. He reached above his head to find the first metal hook.

It didn't take long before a small brown haired sooty head poked out of the chimney at the top of the Red Dorm. All his fears evaporated as he saw the sky, uncluttered by buildings. An endless blue sky, just like over Milan. "Alfedo! It's beautiful!"
