Fortitude Round 7

It should be a familiar scene by now, Dolorosa standing on the platform with her ever peaceful expression, flanked by her ever growing number of Prefects. There are five others with her now, Nanami, Lelouch, Yuri, Sonic, and Jade. It's hardly noticeable but Dolorosa is purposefully keeping her distance from Lelouch after some recent revelations. But nothing else has changed, everything else is normal and in order to keep the peace she begins her speech as if everything is normal. Although you may be feeling a bit sick

"Good morning, my students. I know you have had an eventful round, the first dungeon is always exciting and it is something you will always remember. I still remember my first dungeon," she smiles fondly but doesn't tell the story of her first dungeon, "This is usually the point where I announce battles, but because it was a dungeon round there was no battling even if there could have been. I am very proud of all of you."

That would be another difference, the battle records do not appear behind her, nor does she announce who won the round. Instead she explains that because the results of the dungeon have been publicized before she will save time and go straight on to the Players for this round.

"This is Round 7, everything goes back to normal this round. You are expected to to vow with Weapons and battle Conquest. Now that we have been here for some time and I know the abilities that all of you have, I know you have both the ability to win graciously and lose graciously. I am proud of all of you."

Her smile falters for a split second as she glances at the board behind her, almost expecting something like what happened during Round 5 assembly to occur again. After seeing that, no, the board was not going to light up and show Fortitude the Conquest assembly, she concludes her speech.

"Have a wonderful round everyone."

[Today? Dave looks like shit. This seems to be an ongoing thing about Dave as of late where he starts the round looking like crap. Just what does he do on his rest day? No one even knows.

Oh, he's a Player. Apparently, so is Dirk.

This is so awkward. He let's out a silent sigh. This isn't so bad. He kind of wants to go back and sleep though. He's still feeling pretty sore. Fucking bitch.]

Frankly the dungeon round was totally embarrassing for her, Equius, and Kamui. She was pretty sure that Kamui would never partner with her again, but, hey, his loss. On the other hand she knew that Equius would be happy to have her due to his odd fascination with her status, so she wasn't worried about getting a Player this round.

She was more worried about how sick she felt this morning, she hasn't felt like this since- since when? Daenerys has been here long enough to know that something isn't right, she turns to the closest person and asks, "Do you feel sick?"

[Oh she was a Player. Anya only vaguely understood what that meant thanks to Gino's explanation, but he had assumed she would be a weapon.]

Hmm, a Player.

[ It's been a whole day, and being completely cut off from his waking body is actually starting to freak him out. Anything could be happening to him while he's not there, not able to even see what's going on. He's probably still alive, or he would have died in this body as well -- but that's all he can guarantee.

In addition to that, any of his roommates who'd been there when he woke up would have been able to see quite the sight: The usually calm and collected Dirk flailing around like a moron and falling out of bed as soon as he woke up. WHAT IS DREAMING IS IT ALWAYS THAT WEIRD???

Anyway he is just going to pretend that didn't happen, and give an approving nod to the Player list. Sure, he can do that.

He approaches someone at random, since he still doesn't know most of the people here, making sure to steer clear of the multitude of trolls he sees mingling about. ]

Shion was relieved his name hadn't been called. Neither had Becca's or Firifale's. Dave's had though but that was usual. He was feeling a little sick and wasn't sure why.

He looked around smiling, looking for those he knew.

[Once again, Alex wasn't called, but he wasn't sure if he should be happy or not about not being a player. Either way he was still nervous, but not quite as nervous as last time. At least he wasn't in a corner, and his hood wasn't up over his head. He rubbed his shoulder out of nerves, but at least this time he tried smiling at people.]
