She's using the right password isn't she? And login?

She's double checked that. Triple checked that. Sure enough, it's what it was set as when she first came here. But the computers still refuse to let her log in. Something about not being authorized to access them.

Mail slumps over the desk, groaning. Is it too much to ask for a chance to email her parents to tell them she's doing okay? Or her brother -- why can't she remember his name?

This place is ridiculous. So much for that. She picks up her bag, preparing to get up from the computer, the latest error message still clearly displayed on the monitor.

"Pretty much everyone since I got here." She tapped her chin and regarded the computer. Such a mystery...

"We just had books and stuff. Nothing like any of this. This place is cool!" She squealed a bit in her enthusiasm, then leaned in to read the screen, "What's access denied? You can't get into the box?"

Mai couldn't but help but wonder if that meant this girl's hair was normal wherever she came from - Europe? America? - but decided it'd be more effective just to ask what her homeland was. "Um, sorry, but where are you from anyway?"

"And it's something like that. It's kind of like a key for it, but mine isn't working for some reason," she added. That should be simple enough to understand, right?
