Fortitude Round 10 Start

The sunnier weather of Saturday had remained and as usual all the screens displayed the instruction to report to the lobby for assembly at 12 noon. Dolorosa stands on the platform, flanked by her prefects, smiling and enjoying the warmer weather. She hopes that with more time with the sun in the sky, morale around here will pick up.

"Good morning my students, I hope you had a good round. We have lost the tournament but that is not something to distress over, perhaps we will have better luck next time. You all fought admirably and I'm proud of you."

As per usual the battle records show up behind her, "We did have an influx in battles this round, something I am very proud of, it seems as if you are all finding your place here and growing more comfortable with the system. It will help you immensely. But, for now, I would like to congratulate David for defeating Dirk, Dave for defeating Shion, Daenerys for defeating Jade, Anya for defeating Ishtar, Dirk for defeating Daenerys, and Anya for defeating Dirk." 

The board changes again to she the interschool battles, "We should also extend our congratulations to Daenerys for defeating Samuel and Dirk for defeating Nunnally." She waits for everyone to applaud and she smiles warmly at all the victors.

[Their headmistress was so nice. But oh! He's a player this round! Exciting! He was going to do a billion times better this round than he did the first time he was a player, he knew it.]

[He tugged a bit on his snappy new beret and looked around a little anxiously at everyone else. He was bouncing a bit on his toes.]

He was a Player again... Shion knew he really should learn to fight after what had happened in the tournament. Dave was a Player again which was no surprise, Bubblecup as well, he hoped she managed to do well.

He looked round for people who could be his Weapons for this round.

Dave isn't surprised at all that he's a Player again. Just the typical routine. Got to find some Weapons. He smiled a little. Despite the emotional whirlwind on Rest Day, he wasn't at least feeling as bad. He needed to talk to Sis, but he kind of was relieved being able to make sense of why she wasn't present.

He already knew he had Jade, but he looked around for her anyways.
