Characters: Sora, Koharu, Yuki, Reiko, Tomoko, Hiyo. Tsuki can come too. ~~Sorry dudes~~.

Location: Red 2-B, since it's empty.
Summary: It's high time all of the princesses were in one place again, they have a lot to discuss before the end of Round -1.
Warnings: none yet but there is a forecast of unreasonable levels of homo.

[most of them she just collared around the school as she ran into them, a few had notes left on their beds or passed to them through mutual friends, but Sora reckons she's managed to notify all of her special princesses about the gathering. In a school that doesn't force them together, they've been a lot more spread-out and relaxed, hence the surprising difficulty in rounding them all up on short notice.

But anyway, at the appointed hour, a safe time before the evening meal, Sora is sitting on one of the unused beds in the empty room, leafing through the rulebook with unusual concentration. Hopefully this won't give Yuki a heart attack.]

[she doesn't really feel bad about Tsuki not taking on the others... if they all joined forces under these rules, they'd be unable to fight at all. But still. She budges up, and pats the bed next to her, hopefully.]

About that... I've actually been reading a little.

[She sighs and moves over to sit next to Sora. It's been a while since they've seen each other.]

The manual? That's a surprise. [a bit of a smile, though] Me too. Did you notice something?

I'm not that bad... [but it's a token protest, and one made with a smile at that. Once Reiko's settled, she shuffles back so they're sitting together, and holds the book out so it's between them equally.]

Ah, yes! I think so.

[Peers down at the book in Sora's hands, pushing her exhaustion away. For research.]

On this page, or...

Ye- or... wait. [she must have lost her page when she was talking just now. She flicks back through the book, looking for the chapter.] It was near the middle.

Ah. [She yawns a little, covers her mouth with one hand, waiting for Sora to find her spot again. Oh, Sora.] Do you remember what it was about at least...?

[Yuki peeks into the room]

Hello.

[smile, she's missed you guys]

Yuki! [pat pat pat the bed. Sora has two sides! So useful.

and whilst she remembers:]

Do either of you remember which chapter talks about those rings..?

Um... I think that was chapter [whatever]. Everyone has five upgrades, but you have to pay Tokens for them.

[Yuki takes the seat next to Sora and looks over at the rule book] Why are you talking about the upgrades?

[Tomoko opens the door just a crack and peeks in through it. But once she sees who's in the room, she goes ahead and walks in, a ridiculously happy smile spread across her face.]

H-hello everyone! I'm not late, am I?

Because I was thinking about buying some of those first, before the next round. What do you think?

[oh, wait. Conversation halt for Tomoko. She's forgotten how much she's missed seeing them all.] Nope!

Do we really need those? We got along just fine without them, and I think those Memory Charms would be more important.

Hello Tomoko [smiles at the other girl but then turns back to Sora and Reiko]

I agree with Reiko, I think that memories would be more important, we might know how to get back.

[She smiles and offers a quick wave, then steps into the room, off to the side, and listens up. She doesn't have anything to contribute to the conversation just yet.]

They're cheaper, though, and... [she's lost her train of thought. She finally finds the right page, and scans the list of upgrades. She doesn't really get the rules behind them, but there are a lot of powerful effects listed.]

Wouldn't it be easier if everyone was stronger?

[She looks down at the book, but she can't make heads or tails of it -- it's Sora's book, so it doesn't have the furigana that Reiko painstakingly looked up and wrote above each and every Chinese character in her own. She sighs and rubs the bridge of her nose.]

May...be. If you think so... [The truth is she just wants to figure this out as soon as possible and get out of here.]

But by fighting and upgrading our weapons aren't we becoming further immersed in this place rather than trying to leave it?

[ POUNCING IN hi guys, missing a loli? Hiyo bursts into the room, exuberant as ever and just makes herself comfortable on Sora's lap. ]

Hiyo's here~! Sorry I'm late, everyone~

If Himoto-san thinks it's a good idea... [Tomoko bites down on her lip. She hasn't ever wanted to fight, and she doesn't exactly want to get stronger either. But she'll agree with anything Sora says.

And then suddenly a wild Hiyo! She'll just get a quick wave for now.]

[whoops, a Hiyo. There's a bit of juggling that goes on with her and the rulebook, but it sorts itself out soon enough and they're all comfortably settled again. The book is now on Reiko's lap.]

Our memories are the most important thing. [her single charm bracelet, full of names and details, is testament to that. And she doesn't really want to overrule anyone, even if she was convinced it was a good idea before.] Is there any way to get both? I just feel that we should have weapons more powerful that this...

[aaa what is this. Reiko catches the book and positively glares daggers at Hiyo.]

What do you think you're--

...have any of us had our weapons used, yet?

Well if we do have to fight our way out, I guess it would be important to have upgrades too.

[ she would say that she hasn't been owned yet, period, but she figures that it's good to leave that part out and so she only snuggles against Sora before looking to the group ]

I haven't been used yet! [ and she gives her two cents. she's only heard a little bit of the conversation just now, and a bit from behind that door ~~eavesdropping~~ ]

Fighting our way out seems more likely to be the answer to things for this kind of place. It's best if we're all well prepared and stronger than we are now for whatever comes at us, right?

I haven't been used yet either. I don't want to fight, but if that's the way to figure out this place, I'd rather fight than not.

Right! [smiles for everyone!]

Let's see, Koharu fought with me last week, and we had a battle yesterday. So, twice. [well, at least she's the only one whose weapon is being used. That's almost like protecting them, isn't it?]

But that's no good. [aa] I don't know what my weapon would have been like, back at our school...

[Meanwhile, Reiko really was more tired than she let on. She can't even muster up the necessary anger at Hiyo snuggling up so close to Sora how dare she but that is okay. She will yell at you later, loli.

The observant might notice Reiko nodding off, her head resting on Sora's shoulder.]

[She slips in, taking a seat beside Yuki, bowing her head to apologize for her lateness]

We have to fight to gain memory charms right? It may be better to be stronger. Also... [reaches for book, but doesn't want to disturb anyone] Upgrades so we're stronger? It could be easier for us to wield each other then. I wasn't very good with Sora's sword and I don't know how well I'd use...[pause, names what are names] The ball and chain? Or a spear... Upgrades would make it easier to win a match if we aren't familiar with the weapons we're using. An advantage? [ok she's done now, everyone else can talk]

[At around this point, Tsuki enters the room. Unlike the rest, she doesn't seem at all apologetic about being late. She simply takes a position leaning against a wall, arms crossed as she listens to their ideas. It's difficult as ever to have any idea what it is she's thinking.]

What matters most is having the strength to prevail. If we have that, everything else will fall into place.

For now, I agree that concentrating on growing more powerful and obtaining more advantages is the best course of action.

It sounds like we've settled on something! [ she's quite content in her current position right now, and since she's spotted Reiko dozing off, she pokes at the older blonde's cheek for a moment, prodding the girl to really see if she was asleep or not. When she wanted to be, Reiko could be cute. ]

Are we just going to get enough tokens and give them to one person to get our upgrades? [ she tilts her head, questioning their plan now. it all sounds good, but gotta make the finer details, right? ]
