[OPEN]

Characters:Rafiel and you~
Format: Action or prose.
This log is: open
Location: Deep within the ring of trees/forest. So it could be anywhere on campus, really.
Summary: Rafiel is passing the time with a relaxing melody.
Warnings: n/a

[Anyone walking along one of the less populated paths might hear the faint sound of a soothing melody. If they care to deviate off the paved stone and into the trees to seek the source, after a few minutes of walking they'll happen upon a small clearing where Rafiel sits. As you might imagine, he is indeed the source of the wordless song.

It seems as if he'd decided to have a little personal time in order to relax and feel better about this entire affair. Would you care to stay and listen?]

My name's Huashi. [She says it with a grin, and vaguely wonders if she'll ever get more than one name, like daddy has. And she's been made to forget all of them... She shakes her frown away to concentrate on Rafiel instead.]

Do you only have wings, or are you some sort of bird spirit in human form?

[It seems logical to her, to ask this thing. There's lot of people here with various hair colours, but she's only seen that sort of pale blond and wings on spirits and demons. Rafiel smells nice, though, like mountain air, so she doesn't think he's a demon.]

[Never let it be said Huashi wasn't impulsive. She bounded closer and picked up one of Rafiel's hand in both her own.]/small>

I can't either. [She grimaces. She doesn't mind being in (as human as she can manage) human guise, it's not as if she hasn't spent months in it after that god kidnapped her, but... she could always change before.]

Daddy calls us stone monkeys. The Goddess of Mercy calls us nature spirits. [A shrug.]

I just know I'm usually a monkey! Daddy taught me how to shift. I can also turn into a sparrow! [He'd only taught her that so she'd have something small an unobtrustive to shift to that could flee easily. It's kind of hard to stay positive when contemplating her inability to shift, though. But she does her best to smile.]
