Location: Black floor 1 common room
Summary: Suzaku fails at attempts biology homework

Suzaku sat in the corner of the downstairs common room in the Black dorm building. Spread out in front of him was a couple of textbooks and a lot of paper. He frowned, he had never found biology easy but this! He hadn't even seen half of these plants before in his life and was starting to suspect they didn't even exist in his world.

Other worlds, the idea was terrifying when Suzaku stopped long enough to think about it, other worlds with other animals and other plants from what he knew. He blinked at the question again, he had no idea; he sighed heavily and read through the textbook again.

He was being ignored, he was- ... what... were they even talking about?

As Xingke stared blankly at Lelouch who went to take a seat, for a moment he could only desperately try to hold onto that thread of important information in vain before it slipped out of his grasp.

Though he'd never say as much aloud, he agreed with Gino. He was getting sick of this. Still, without knowing what it was he was supposed to be mad about, there was no point in pressing the point. One thing was for certain though, he had no interest in staying in the same room as the former Britannian Emperor. So instead he moved to gather up his papers and... he blinked.

On the top sheet, something had been scratched onto the surface. A circle? No, more oval in shape. Uneven and... hmm...

"Yeah?" Gino's friendliness had been mostly restored by this point, though there was a certain edge in his voice that betrayed an unusual level of frustration. "I already asked the other guys, and their homes don't have turtle-seals either-- you going?" The edge was back as he grinned over at Xingke. "Come on, man. We've all gotta finish this work."
