It is an ordinary night, just starting to become late. Red 2-A is quiet, but who knows how long that will last...

"E-eh?" She looks at Road, adjusting her position so she's a bit more comfortable. "Little sister? I-I don't see why not... I'll be your big brother then, I g-guess."

Road makes a 'Mmm'ing sound with her nose against Ruka's shoulder, not quite approval but taking it for the time being. Dear Ruka, she'll have you right and pretty in no time at all.

"Goodnight, Ruka." She whispers, another little smile as she closes her eyes.

"Goodnight..." her whisper is hard to hear. She shifts once more and tries to sleep, but it's difficult with another person feeling her breathe. She dozes.

While it seems Road settles in faster, she isn't actually asleep. She can feel Ruka's breath, her heart, and she longs for her ability to seep into her dreams. It, thanks to this God-forsaken place, is gone. And Road feels cheated of a good, sweet dream to manipulate.

She eventually sinks into a proper sleep, tired as she is.

Road dreams of being suspended from a wicker basket on a line, gliding over fresh undisturbed white snow in the bright orange sun of early morning. It isn't cold, she has her father's jacket over her shoulders and Ruka by her side. Below, kittens and puppies ride unicycles, the snow having given away to a large parking lot paved black with yellow lines. Men carrying pies thank Lady Gaga for her speech at the Golden globes while kittens march in, little machine guns and helmets strapped to their heads and backs.

Road doesn't remember any of this in the morning, but you must admit it's an interesting tag.
