She's crying now because fuck, her head hurts -- and she wipes away the tears and mumbles "shit" when they get into her fresh cuts. But she's not done, and now that she has him on the ground she's going to finish what she came to do.

"Why did you leave me?" Okay, crying is a thing that's happening. But these are angry tears, fueled by hatred. "Did you think it would be funny, to leave me there alone? You said you'd come back for me, but you knew you couldn't get back to earth and that wasn't a very funny lie, Dave! That wasn't funny at all because I believed in you! And I waited and I waited and finally I realized that my dreams were lying to me, because you kept saying you had to go back and you didn't!"

And she can't stand up any more. The headache is too much combined with the sting of her tears in her wounds, so she sits down and curls into a ball.

"I believed in you, Dave! And you didn't come! I think you deserved to die instead!"
