[Becca reaches forward to tap Shion on the arm with the flat side of the knife, not even bothering to pretend to be fighting him.]

[Shion is also not one to pry, well he is... but not about things like this. He reached out a hand to help her to her feet.]

I'm sorry, I will be more careful.

[She takes his hand and pulls herself up, then smiles and taps his arm gently with the flat side of her knife.]

[Well, no poor reactions from that, so Sakuya stands aside again and lets them finish up.]

[Shion smiled and lets her hit him again. This time he is more careful, barely touching her.]

[She still staggers from the hit, and this time her eyes narrow. She'd seen how gentle he'd been with that.]

It's gotta be one of your upgrades. I think we're done.

[Sakuya had been watching carefully too, frowning because of the apparent overreaction.]

Does it have to do with it glowing like that?

[Shion frowned.] Maybe... I'm not sure which upgrades Sora has...

"I think it's too dangerous to keep going without knowing," she murmured, rubbing her arm again.

Well, you two got a few hits in, so the forfeit might as well happen now?

[Shion nodded] I think that is for the best, and I can ask Sora about her upgrades later.

[He looked confused a moment] The weapons are supposed to disappear when the battle is over... [Usually battles ended with him on the floor, and it was very clear who the winner was.]

Yeah, I'm done fighting.

[The weapons vanished at that and Becca sighed in relief.]

I guess we just both had to agree.

I'm glad that's over with... does this mean I've transferred to Shion now?

[He gives the other boy a little smile before turning to Becca.]

Are you okay? Does it still hurt?

[Did it? Even though they had agreed that Becca would win? He looked on his glove and saw that Sakuya's name was there.] I guess it does...

I'm sorry Becca, are you alright now?

[pencilpremonition]

Yeah, I'm fine. It's fine, don't worry about it.

[She smiles sadly for Sakuya, but offers Shion her hand anyway. Still friends!]

That's good. At least now you don't have to worry about the penalty.

[Shion took her hand awkwardly and shook it. Still friends obviously. He nodded at Sakuya's words.]

Yes, at least you wont be fined now Becca, and you don't have to fight again.

[She gave his hand a squeeze.]

Yeah...that's the important part. I'm curious what upgrade did that, though. You'll have to ask about it.
