I'd have to be moving fast, but let me think about this...
I can push the knife away enough...
[She puts her hand at his wrist, trying to shove his arm away, but she's moving in slow motion so she can think.]
And duck at the same time...
[Bending backwards away from his pencil and trying to twist her wrist free at the same time.]
