It was getting closer to mid-afternoon and Sonic was bored (as usual). So he decided the best thing to do would be to run around town and get a bite to eat. And see what everyone else was doing. And check up on his bro. And make sure nobody was getting into trouble.

But first he had to eat. He had priorities too. Like filling up. Can't speed on an empty stomach!
