Summary: Louis discovers that the dorms don't have bathtubs. Distress occurs.

Louis had finally arrived in his dorm room. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that the room was nowhere near the quality of a hotel room.

After rendering his wings extremely dusty by cleaning off his slate without water, he wrote "Where is the bathtub?" on it, then propped it up somewhere where everyone would notice it.

[Shion didn't even live in Pale Dorm, but he had been to speak to someone and was making his way out again when he saw the swan with the chalk board. He blinked, and blinked again.

It was still a swan with a chalkboard...]

Erm... [This couldn't exist but Shion shared his room with a blue talking hedgehog so he had... pretty much given up on scientific reasoning...]

There are showers... in the bathrooms...

[mutesician]

[Showers? They don't fulfill the same purpose at all! Picking up the slate, he writes some more.]

I need a bathtub to sleep in.

To sleep in? [Water he guessed... swans needed water... for... he brought his hand to his head as a headache built.]

[mutesician]

[He reaches out a worried wing, touching Shion's hand. While this makes it harder to write, he manages to write out a short phrase.]

Are you alright?

[savedbyasong]

[Shion nodded.] Sorry... yes, they take memories from us and getting close to remembering them triggers headaches. I am fine. We can go to see the headmistress if you wish, she may have a solution.

[mutesician]

[Oh, so that's what happened when he tried to read the part of the manual about "Raks." He could barely stay coherent enough to even get himself a PDA. However, hearing about the headmistress makes him perk up. She seems nice, so it should be good!]

[He nods, taking a step towards the door.]

[He smiled and led the way to Dolorosa's office.] You just arrived on the train today?

[mutesician]

[Louis nods again. Is it that obvious? As they walk, he suddenly realizes he has forgotten his manners. After writing really quickly on his slate, he pokes Shion in the arm with his beak and holds it up.]

I'm Louis. You?

[mamarosa]

[In Dolorosa's office...]

Shion, Louis, how may I help you today?

[savedbyasong]

Shion, it is nice to meet you Louis. [And then they were at the office and he smiled at Dolorosa.]

Louis had a problem with the sleeping arrangements.

[mutesician]

[It's a good thing he already wrote what he needed on his slate. He points to the line "I need a bathtub to sleep in" again.]

[mamarosa]

Oh yes, that is a predicament. We could see if we could have your bed replaced with a bathtub, but I may need to check with Recette and have her order one, it may take a few days.

[mutesician]

[Ooh, they'll let him replace his bed with a bathtub? That's...actually better than a hotel!]

Can I sleep on the lake until the bathtub comes?

[mamarosa]

Of course, we'll just need to get you the bath tub quickly so you are not stuck outside at night with the ship.

[Shion smiled, glad that Dolorosa was able to solve the problem]

Is there anything else?

[mutesician]

[He shakes his head. Everything's fine now! Oh, wait.]
