I'm afraid the voucher can only be used once. I am sure there are many instances where one of two Dirk's in a universe are not around, as for multiple versions of Rakuen; it is possible I'm sure.

What is the process you use for ordering items? Where do you send the requests, who fulfills them?

We send the requests out to a special deliverer, I believe they are fulfilled by those that are responsible for the overseeing of the city. Those who bring the volunteers here, work out who teaches what and other such tasks.
