See, my mother was a tyrant. She cared nothing for her people, abused them even, as long as she got what she wanted. In the end, her wickedness only led to her downfall and left me with a ruined kingdom to fix.

Of course, there's also the knights, who keep abusing their status to harass civilians. I was going to implement an order to slowly rectify that before I got here.

Really, I suppose the only different between your world and mine is that I was given power. I intend to use it for good even if it kills me.
