In a place where you can lose hope

Location: School's library
Summary: Just a meeting between two level headed people the two girls in order to catch up and maybe figure out some sort of plan.

Tsuki had mentioned to meet her in the library if Kallen ever wanted to find her, The teenager made her way there, entering the room silently. To look interested in finding a book was her facade was she quietly looked for the other girl.

Tsuki knew more about this place than Kallen did and for that, Kallen was intrigued. She needed to find out all information possible about this place before trying to muster up some reason to fight. She wasn't going to have blind faith, not now and not like before.

As she wandered around, she caught sight of the girl, sitting at one of the tables. Kallen made her way over to her and sat across from Tsuki's place at the table.

"True, we do need to do something," Tsuki agreed. Just what, she had no idea. And that was what was killing her. She would eventually have to devise some plan, but for now just going along with things was all she could do.

"We're up against an unusual and powerful foe," Tsuki said with a frown.

"Miss Shishidou? Yes, that is correct. She attends the same school as I do."

"I know and I don't like it." If things were going to be like this, then Kallen would have a reason to fight, soon rather than later.

"She mentioned about... an organization at your school who was behind a couple of things."

"That's right. The Iwahijiri Group," she nodded. "The zaibatsu that backs our school. But I don't think they would be involved in whatever this place is. Even they lack the means to do something like this."

Although at the same time, she had doubts. She knew she was forgetting things about the Group as well.

"You don't think so huh?" Kallen brought a hand up and touched her chin lightly. If the group had been brought here, then why change the nature of the 'game'?

"Then I guess our next course of action is to figure out who's behind all this."

"Another important question is why anyone would want to create a system that mirrors our own. To that extent, the Iwahijiri Group could be involved... they're the ones responsible for creating Exaclan," Tsuki asked. But who had it been specifically? It gave her a headache even trying to think of it.

"Perhaps if I could remember more about the nature of the original, that would shed some light on who's doing this."

Kallen nodded at Tsuki's words.

"That brings up my next point. I've come to you with an offer."

Tsuki blinked at that, a bit surprised. But otherwise she nodded.

"I'm listening."

"When I become a player, you'll have to become my weapon. I won't fight, not until I have a good reason and you know that. But you know a lot. If we unlock one of your memories, we should be able to figure out something."

"...that is acceptable," she nodded. Thus far she'd just been drifting along, without much of an interest in the battles herself. But this was finally at least a way to get somewhere. "I can't promise anything about my own memories, but this is a lot worth a shot."

"We can only do what we can," Kallen quietly said, smiling lightly.

"Well then, I look forward to our cooperation," she smiled, before offering a hand to shake on it.

"Likewise." Kallen took the other's hand and shook it firmly.
