[Becca's been putzing with her PDA, so when she opens the door to Shion's room, it's already on, at a weird angle, but her voice is clear.]

Hey Shion, so what are you pla--

...Shion?

[The PDA clatters to the floor and lands at an angle, propped up against the wall. It shows an empty room and Becca on her knees, holding an upgrade ring and a memory charm. The video cuts out as she bursts into sobs.]

[He nuzzles into her hair,] Th-then it's a p-promise.

And I'll always be here for you. I'll always be yours. I swear.

[Alex goes redder, blushing to his ears. He slips his arm under her neck and pulls her close.] Always.

[The temptation to kiss him is SO STRONG. She hides her face against his shoulder.]

[Alex rests his head against hers, stroking her hair. His heart was beating fast, and he almost felt lightheaded, but also a bit like the luckiest guy.]

I...really like you, Alex...

[Alex smiles, looking at her lovingly,] I-I really like you t-too, Becca. [He brushes back her hair and kisses her cheek]

[She gasps in surprise, but holds him a bit tighter.]

[He squeezes her back, stroking her face. He grows a bit more red,] y-you think? Y-you think I c-could k-kiss y-you?

Alex... I want to kiss you a lot. But we shouldn't...just push ahead like this... Not if you're not ready for it...

[Alex just leans over to her and kisses her gently on her lips.]

[She kisses him back eagerly, parting her lips just enough to make the invitation clear.]

[Alex's heart skips, and he takes the invitation. He would never normally even be laying in bed with her, but thanks to the memory of his fear that Rakuen took from him, those nightmarish nights were far from his thoughts. All he was thinking about right now was Becca.]

[She shifts slightly, pressing herself against him more firmly and kissing him eagerly. Her touch is a bit clumsy from inexperience, but decidedly eager and accommodating.]

[Alex, on the other hand, has a great deal more experience, but is gentle and guiding. He shifts too so that he can hold her close and lovingly against him.]

[She runs her tongue alongside his curiously, holding him close and pressing her body against his.]

[Alex slips his tongue under hers and pulls it up and back in a quick movement.]

[She moans into the kiss, rocking her hips forward against his as she follows his tongue forward and dips hers into his mouth.]

[Alex shivers and finally pulls away from the kiss with a smile. He was getting rather excited and knew that he would end up wanting to go further; he didn't want to spring that on Becca, going from 0 to 100.]

I... I-I love you.

[Alex puts his head down beside hers and makes a contented sigh, just hugging her.]

[She whines softly when he pulls away, looking up at him with a hopeful expression. She's never felt this before, she's never even been turned on before--she doesn't feel attraction to anyone without a strong emotional bond there first. She's never had a bond strong enough with someone for attraction to form. (Well. That's not entirely true. She has a strong enough bond with Shion, but attraction hadn't formed there for whatever reason.) So it's a little confusing, a little overwhelming, but it feels GOOD and for that reason she doesn't really want it to stop.]

I love you, too.

[Alex giggles a bit and kisses her cheek, smiling warmly at her. Truth was that he didn't want to stop, either. But he also didn't want to accidentally take advantage of her, so he would let her try to push it further if she wanted to.]

[She smiled at him lovingly, then leaned in to kiss him again. She trailed her fingers over his hip, and pulled back from the kiss with a blush as her fingers went still.]

Alex...is it okay? I...I want to touch you...but we don't have to. We can just lay here and cuddle...

It is, b-because I trust you. Y-you'd stop i-if it's s-something I d-didn't l-like. B-but, y-you should know, h-how Father r-raised me, a-and what he taught me...

[He takes a deep breath and sighs,] N-no one e-else here knows, s-so don't repeat it, b-but I was a ch-child prostitute. E-Everyone at h-home who knows that 'cept Loretta, Mikel, and A-Amanda expects me t-to just b-be happy to th-throw myself at anyone. I w-wouldn't, b-but I d-don't trust my body's r-reactions. Y-years were s-spent training m-me to r-react just how the c-clients would want, e-even if I hated it.

B-but, I-if you're o-okay with th-that past... I j-just wanna m-make sure you know I w-want it t-ta be s-something special, n-not just another time. I w-want it t-to be really special to y-you too.

[She listened to that in stunned silence, the horrified look on her face out of sympathy for him, not revulsion. She held him a bit tighter, nuzzling into him and whimpering softly in sympathetic pain.]

O-oh Alex...

[She pants softly, trying not to burst into tears, but kisses the side of his neck to try to reassure him that it's not him she's upset with.]

That's terrible...that's...that's absolutely terrible...

[deep breath]

But it'd never change how I feel about you. I am...so sad...to hear what happened to you... But I will always love you. I-I want to be with you. I want to touch you. And that is really, really special. I've never been with anybody before. I want it to be you, because I love you. I want you to have that. That's...that's how special this is to me, that's how much you mean to me... I am...so honoured, that you trust me this way... It'll be special, Alex. It'll be the most special thing in the world.
