[Becca's been putzing with her PDA, so when she opens the door to Shion's room, it's already on, at a weird angle, but her voice is clear.]

[The PDA clatters to the floor and lands at an angle, propped up against the wall. It shows an empty room and Becca on her knees, holding an upgrade ring and a memory charm. The video cuts out as she bursts into sobs.]

[She was starting to again, wish that she was in the other school. It would make everything so much easier but she was off and on her way.]

[She didn't even respond as she was already on her way. She just needed to know which building to head to. It didn't take her too long, after peeking through windows. She sneaks into to dorm and quickly makes her way through and slips into the room. She darted over to Becca and hugged her tightly, not saying a word.]

[she manages to get onto Shion's bed, and commandeers his pillow to cry into]

[This situation was showing all the signs of someone dealing with the death of a loved one. At this point, anything she could say would probably just make things worse.

But how lucky that person was to have someone who cared so deeply for them.]

[Your patience and discretion is rewarded. Becca calms down eventually and peers over at the girl, weakly trying to smile out of gratitude for having been left alone.]

[Alex will come in behind her, putting his arms around her shoulders and taking her hand.] Shhh, [That's all he'll say for now, just trying to let Becca start to clam down. He hadn't yet even processed for himself why Becca was so upset. He wasn't thinking, just acting.]

[She turns and wraps her arms around him, cuddling into him and just sobbing for a while. Eventually she'll calm down, though, and pull back to wipe her face.]

[Alex rubs her back, pulling away just a bit to give her room to wipe her face. He looks around at the empty room, starting to really take it in.] Sh-Shion...
