Hello folks of Rakuen, if you don't know me by now my name is Jane Crocker. I think I have been doing a pretty swell job of avoiding a network post until now. The thing is here is that I made some cake and I think all of Rakuen should have some sort of treat for all of their hard work in classes and battle alike.

[She's made shit loads of things for just Fortitude, so why not all of Rakuen?]

It's being held at the Bakery in town if anyone wants some of it. [She used a whole three boxes of cake mix to make this and she's plum proud of it!]

I'll also be a round town if you want to go for a walk or something! So, see you guys later and enjoy the cake!

[The feed cuts; however, a private feed to Dirk still remains.]

Dirk, will you meet me in town please? Asap, if you don't mind.

You can come by today if you'd like. I'll be around town and around the bakery today.

Of course. I'll be around until the bakery closes.

[Jane is setting up the bakery to bake another cake for when this fellow comes by. There is going to a schooling here today, and this is what is was going to be.]

[He knocks on the door gently before peeking in,] H-hello?

Hello there! Come right to the back. Just put on an apron please.

[Alex grabs an apron and is tying it as he walks into the back, rather obviously shy and withdrawn as he looks around at the unfamiliar space.]

... sh-should w-warn you, I-I've n-never e-even nuked s-something.

We all have to start somewhere you know.

[Jane is a very open person in the kitchen, her uniform was hanging in the back. We won't mention she wears street clothes in the bakery.]

Mmm.

I-I'll t-try n-not ta burn anything. [He laughs a bit, trying to act cool and coming off as mostly just awkward.]

[Jane cracks open a box of cake mix.] It's so simple! I promise.

[Alex laughs,] O-okay! Sh-show me h-how.

Alright, open this plastic package and dump the mix into a bowl.

[Well, that's easy enough. He opens it and pours it into the bowl.] I th-thought there'd b-be flour an' stuff. I r-remember flour when... [His smile fades into confusion.] F-Father wouldn'... [He shakes it off.] I th-think it's a m-memory Rakuen messed with.

No, no flour. That is only if you're making cake from scratch. The batter we're using already has everything in it we need to make a cake. Just add Milk, egg, and oil.

[Reassuring enough, right?]

[Alex smiles,] Sounds e-easy enough!

It is easy, you mustn't sound so afraid.

I-I-It's just... I-I a-always... [He looks rather embarrassed as he stutters more than before. He really wishes that he could stop stammering for once, without putting in ridiculous amounts of effort.]

Would you like to talk about it?

N-Not much ta say. I just h-have a stutter... I g-get nervous around n-new people.

[She nodded.]

Something you'll overcome one day.

M-Maybe, but, I d-don't mind. I th-think the g-good friends'll b-be the one that k-keep coming back e-even if I feel too shy ta ask them ta h-hang out at first.

[Jane has already taken to mixing the cake better herself. She was always quite the independent person.]

Perhaps one day you will overcome your shyness all together. I'm working on my skepticism at this point.
