Backdated to... er, sometime in the begining/middle of round -1
Characters: Grenn Atair, Yuki Yagizawa, possible other mooches from Red 1-A
Format: Prose
This log is: closed
Location: Red 1-A
Summary: Grenn attempts to do what she promised, but closed doors are scary.
Warnings: None?
Grenn knew that if anyone happened to pass by, she'd look strange. Especially if they'd already passed by a few... make that ten... minutes ago and saw her still in the same place. But she had no idea who was in that dorm room at the moment. If she was lucky, Yuki would be there and she wouldn't have to chase all over. If she was unlucky, Yuki wasn't there... or the others were there. Okay, Sora being in there would probably be all right, but...
Suppressing a groan, Grenn gripped the chain of the memory charm harder and straightened. She could do this. It was just a closed door. There was nothing to fear. ... Except her flaily, uncertain social interactions. With a sigh, Grenn steered up to the door and knocked.
There. That wasn't so bad now was it?

She closed the book and stood to answer the door, "Oh, Grenn," she smiled, "What are you doing here?"

Grenn's body caught up with her brain and she blushed. Why was this so much harder than when she'd stated so simply that she'd give Yuki the first memory charm she'd get?
"It's... I mean. This is for you," Grenn finally managed had held out her hand, the charm dangling from between her fingers.

She didn't make a move to take it from her, just in case Grenn changed her mind.

She wasn't sure what to make of the 'I like you' that again tumbled out. It was different from Lyra, yes, so that was of no matter, but what differed, and how, she couldn't tell. It confused her, but nevermind that right now.
Right now Yuki was important, since the charm was for her.

It's funny that she keeps telling Grenn that she likes her, Yuki thought that she would only ever like Sora but this place had proven her wrong, there are just so many nice people here, Grenn included.

"You don't have to, but I'd like it... um, a lot of you did." Then she paused and frowned.
"... Don't give one to me just because you like me though. If there's someone here from your school that you'd like to give it to, then do that." Friends were important, after all, and she'd hardly begrudge Yuki giving a memory charm to one of her friends (especially Sora), before her.

And, well, in a situation like this, being able to talk to people was quite necessary. The longer they stayed, the more powerful at least some weapons would become, which would potentially mean they'd simply be sought out. Not everybody would be able to rely on something like that, though.
