Summary: Harley is trying to blow off steam by grumping around town after the disappearance of yet another one of her friends (of which she has few here). She can speak in English, and semi-decent Japanese courtesy of her animes. Also probably dog.

[Kicking over signs, stomping on patches of grass marked 'do not walk', growling angrily at passerby npcs who tried to wish her a good day-- all things Harley has taken to doing out of anger and stress. This was really not her week at all... She was losing friends fast, it was completely out of her control, and it upset her.
So when the penalty hits, she crumples to her knees, gritting her teeth and under the impression it was due to her actions.
Well screw them, she'd do them anyways! This town could suck it, it and its dumb towers and stars and stuff... She just wanted to go home!
Then, the message comes over her PDA, from the number she recognized being the other Jades. She throws it across the street with a growl, jumping up and stomping her feet.]

This is stupid!!

[She blinks, putting a hand up to her mouth with confusion. She sounded kinda different than usual...]

[Woah. You could have seriously hit someone with that if you aren't careful, Jade. Luckily, it only just landed nearby and he goes over to pick it up. He glances at Jade before heading over. Other than seeking out Dirk, Dave hasn't really been trying to be very social since Jade disappeared.

He just...kind of taps Jade's shoulder and holds the PDA out to her. You dropped something brosis.]

[She jumps a little at the contact, but relaxes a little when she sees its Dave.]

Oh, thank you...

[She takes it back sheepishly, looking away embarrassedly.]

That was kind of dumb, huh...

[Dave seems to think for a moment before just giving her a shrug. He doesn't think it's that dumb. Maybe it looks dumb, but she was venting right.

He digs into his own pocket to pull out his PDA, only to frown because the screen on his is still black.

Uh...

Fuck, just gonna put that back in and take the notepad and pencil he always keeps on him.]

Maybe if it had hit someone. [Communicating is hard.]

Yeah...

[She frowns, playing a little with her hair.]

I wish I could talk to you with my hands, like Jade does. [Does. She doesn't want to refer to her as gone just yet.] But, uhm, I did learn....

[She had learned the finger alphabet, so she's gonna carefully spell out 'hi'.]

[Oh. She knows the alphabet. That's a start. When he signs, he does it very slowly so she can get every letter. It's kind of painful to sign slower than what he's used too, but he's been doing this for awhile.]

'I C-A-N T-E-A-C-H Y-O-U'

[He didn't think ASL club would actually get this far to be honest.]

Really? Oh, uhm-- 'R-E-A-L-L-Y'?

[A smile creeps onto her face.]

I'd like that.

[Dave gives her a nod. It seemed easier than spelling out everything. He wished he kept paper on him though, so he could have written down when ASL Club tends to happen. But then again, it probably gets posted with the club roster.]

[Cheshire brings the thrown PDA back over once he recovers from his own punishment. He is grinning as always as he trots over on his back paws.]

[She takes it with an embarrassed blush, ears flicking forward with alert as a small part of her brain screamed 'CATCATCAT'.
God she hopes he wouldn't meow...]

..What was that?

[Fortunately, Cheshire does not know he's a cat.] The Queen's punishment?

[Good. She's been known to chase cats.]
