Summary: Santana spends her free time trying to make Flynn break the rules. You know what's against the rules? Having more than twenty puppets. Santana put twenty-one puppets in Flynn's room.

[ The escalating war between himself and Santana has gotten beyond childish. Luckily, Flynn is used to childish. He's also used to vindictive.

And he has every rule memorised. So when he opens the door, the first thing he does is count the horrid things. (Actually, the first thing he does is walk into a puppet, jump and bite back a yelp, but no one sees that.) But he counts them anyway, carefully chooses one - because twenty is legal, and he can get rid of them later - and takes it into Santana's room along with a copy of Exaclan Rules Volume 4. ]

[ CLEARS THROAT. Opens manual to correct page. ]

Section F, corollary 4-d. Should the number of puppets exceed twenty, immediately place the offending items in the emergency intelligence incinerator... Well, I'm sure ordinary incineration will do, in this case. What do you think?

[she looks thoughtful for a moment] I wonder where our emergency incinerator went.

Oh well, I can deal with ordinary incineration, sure.

[ why did you even HAVE one, is the real question here. But no, he's playing the passive-aggressive roommate. He's good at it, if a little out of practice. ]
