Location: One of the pavilions hidden in the woods.
Summary: Lyra and Mei try to get an alliance amongst the younger students going. (During 4th Day color swap event, btw!)

[Hey, kid, did you get that note? Someone may have passed it to you between classes or during mealtime or told you about it directly, in hushed tones like it should be a secret. The information was simple: some kids thought it might be a good idea to form an alliance, to keep other kids from having to get dragged into any actual fighting. There were also directions, to a shaded simple wooden pavilion in the woods.

A huge blanket has been laid down over the floor of the pavilion, not unlike a picnic blanket. Lyra brought along snacks; cans of soda and other treats. At one corner of the blanket are pieces of paper held down by a rock, along with pencils and pens, in case they needed to take notes or record anything.]

Let's see... Meryl, Gino, Rafiel, Montblanc, and Road! Although Road's a kid too.

[Starts writing down the other names he mentioned too.]

Oh I met mister Gino, he's tall! Miss Reiko is nice too. [He pauses and thinks and points to the other sheet]

For the ones to make sure we don't let anyone be weapons of, Fletcher's brother [Big frown at this one] Mister Togyou [He is creapy, Romeo has to share his dorm] and Mister Shoujou [He tried to hurt Miss Sora. He is surprised the list of nice adults is much longer than the one of cruel adults.]

Any others?

Romeo, are you sure all of those people are bad enough to be on the list?

I haven't met any really bad ones yet, though. Anyway, the grownups are all stuck here, just like us.

Yyeah, I haven't met any that are really, really bad... [Sure, she plans on side-eying Russel, but if Fletcher's brother gets on 'the bad guy list'? That has it's own ramifications.] Iii think we should all use our own judgement on it for now, maybe?

Yeah. And if we get solid evidence someone is bad, we tell everyone we know.

[Romeo nods feeling ashamed, they were so much like Angeletta both of them, prepared to only see the good in people. Romeo knew this about people also; that all people had good in them. But sometimes it was hidden. After all he had seen that there was some good left in the God of Death, but that didn't stop him hurting Romeo and Alfredo, or selling them in Milano. Still, like Angeletta it seemed Mei and Lyra did not even like to think of anyone as bad.]

You're right, I'm sorry [He looks very ashamed and sorry, after all Lyra and Mei are the leaders and he shouldn't make them angry at him.]

"Do you know any nice adults then Mei?"

[He pauses, thinks about what Lyra said.] "Wait, stuck here?" [It was a school, why where they stuck? Had they all signed contracts? Surely Romeo would have remembered that...]

I didn't... I can't remember how I got to this school exactly. But I know all the adults are in the same situation we're in.

It's okay, Romeo! [Mei gives him a pat on the shoulder.] You don't have to be the Weapon of anyone you don't want to be the Weapon of anyway. [She gave his question a moment of thought. Nice ones, huh?] You mean here? Yeah! There's Gino and Grenn, Euphie and Suzaku, and...

[Wait for it. Wait for it. There's that dreamy sigh.] Edwaaard. He's the greatest. [Siiigh. Still the wrong Elric, Mei. Still.]

[...moving along, she looks serious again.]

We were all kidnapped. That's how we got here.

[Brave look] I'm fine! I was just worried about everyone else. [Really there were some kids that didn't want to fight and he didn't want to think of any of his friends being hurt when there was ways for them to prevent it. He listened to the list of names, and smirked at her expression at the last name.]

Edward? [He sounds like he might start to tease, but her words make his eyes widened]

Kidnapped? [But he can't have been kidnapped, Doctor Casella sent him here right?] Who kidnapped us?

[Oh, Romeo would have gotten an earful if he'd teased. She would have made them aaaall listen to her go on about how amazing the Elrics are and they would regret it. But that isn't the case... for now.]

Yeah. We've all be taken here against our will. No one knows why they're here or how they got here or anyhting...

"But," [Romeo looks shocked and upset, this couldn't be true...] I thought Doctor Casella sent me here, he said he was going to try and find a school for me to go to. [And this is a school! And... He pauses and thinks]

"But we can leave! That train comes here and we these forests have to go somewhere!"

Well, we could try following the tracks out. And if we're going to explore the woods, we should get a compass first.

But you're right, I think we ought to try to get out of here. Although we still wouldn't be able to get back to our own worlds.

[Enthusiastic nod, though he has absolutely no idea what a compass is] We should, if we have been kidnapped and we haven't promised to stay here we should try and escape!

[Puzzled frown] Worlds? [She meant countries right?] Your not from Italy either? [Fletcher wasn't, though he wasn't from too far away, Amestris bordered Italy]

Yeah, different worlds.

[Blink, he knows England, that was on Doctor Casella's globe, that was over the ocean. That must be what she meant by different worlds.]

That's a long way away! I am sure once we escape from this school, we can figure out where to go from there! [enthusiasm, though he will feel bad about leaving his boss. He guess he can tell him though, maybe if the adults were in the same situation he owuld come too]

Yeah- we can try to follow the tracks out, I think.

[Nods with a huge smile]

We can find other people who want to leave as well! If we all run away then no one can be punished right?
