Round 4, Day 2
Characters: Kanaya and YOU
Format: starting [action] will match commenter
This log is: Open!
Location: EVERYWHERE
Summary:I want all the CR Kanaya is looking around
Warnings: None?
[Kanaya is wandering around the school grounds, wearing her new uniform. This place was so different from Alternia, and although she's seen Earth before, it's only been from behind a computer screen. The sun was different here and she wondered if the other trolls would enjoy it's rays. On the other hand, she didn't want them to experience it, that would be taking them away from their important mission.]
[She didn't sleep last night, or even spend last night in her dorm. Instead she spent the night reading the rulebook, it wasn't nearly as wordy as Rose's gameFAQ and she got through it easily. If she could collect 5 weapons she'd win the round, but besides memories and upgrades there didn't seem to be much gained for winning. No discernible way to get back.]
[For now she's just trying to familiar herself with her new surroundings, perhaps collect a few weapons along the way]

...Oh, who are we kidding, of course it's Vriska. She's moving every which way, looking at the all the dorms, peering in every accessible nook and cranny and taking note to herself because, hey, every good player needed to know their battleground before taking part in it. Relatively speaking, of course. Vriska only wished she was a player.
That nonsense aside, she's currently traipsing down the stairs of her dorm as eager as ever to further her research. Oh yes. Look at her go!]
no subject
[Instead she was heading back in the dorm, figuring that she should also familiar herself with her new dwelling that she shared with four other students. She met one of them, Sora, and she was nice, the others were unknown to her.]
[Unsure of what to do, she was loitering in front of her door.]
no subject
Oh. Hey. What's this?
No way! No fucking way. Do her eight eyes deceive her? There would be no way there'd be old Fussyfangs lingering here, looking as bluh as every one of the losers here! No way!]
Are you--[Pause.] No way. No fucking way. Kanaya? Are you serious?
[Yeah, she'll just be trotting over toward you with a bit of a rush in her step.]
no subject
[But it was.]
[Her heart both rose and sank. It was Vriska. That could be either a good or bad thing depending on any number of things. She couldn't deny the red feelings she had for her once upon a time, but at the same time... It was Vriska. That about covered everything.]
[With her usual calmness, only betraying her a little bit, she responds] Vriska. When did you arrive? [She couldn't bring herself to say more]
no subject
After all, it was great to see another troll here, in the sea of all these humans and such, there was finally someone like her! The fact that it was ol' fussyfangs was a bit of a perk, but...
Best not dwell on silly things now. First things first! Get answers, Vriska!]
What? Oh, I don't know. [Shrug.] Yesterday, with this whole mess of people. You know, I don't remember ever getting on this damn moving vehicle or ever hearing about this place before, but... Shit! We're out of luck, aren't we?
[And she'll close in, grinning.] Why? You been here long? Are any of the other losers here?

Good day!
[[She offers her hand out, palm up to take the other's hand and kiss it if it's given.]]
Are you new here as well?
no subject
[She takes a moment to stare at her outstretched hand. The other seemed to be waiting for her to do the same, so she held out her hand as well, not taking it as she's not quite sure what they're supposed to do]
Yes, I arrived here the other day to play this peculiar game.
no subject
[[She moves to take Kanaya's hand, but as soon as the touch connects, she yelps in pain from the warning, drawing her hand back quickly.]]
Ah...that's...
no subject
I understand my appearance is jarring for humans, I suppose it is natural to seek to learn about which you do not know. Or fear it. But I must say, that was peculiar. Perhaps out body chemistries oppose each other and cause such an adverse reaction.
no subject
[[Her words are earnest, though there's an undercurrent of arrogance. She doesn't like not knowing things, and she'll only admit to it for the chance at filling in the gaps and learning more.]]

No bad Koharu. Judging solely on appearances is bad. She could be a very kind girl just tossed into this mess. But she did look a bit unusual, no one could deny that.]
Are you lost?
no subject
If by lost you are insinuation that I am unaware of my current location, then you are both correct and incorrect. There [she points] is the dorm in which I reside, and there [points somewhere else] is where food is served. While I am aware of the location of the buildings, just being on Earth makes me lost.
no subject
I suppose it's not too much to expect you know the rules then.
no subject
I have met Sora, has she not been here for quite a while? [that's one more tick in the humans are really dumb box] I have acquired a rulebook and read it in its entirety last night. I am familiar with them even if I have not personally seen them in action.
no subject
Ah, then there isn't anything to tell. I'm glad you read it all, some just try to start playing only knowing the basics and miss much of what goes on. If you're good with a gun, I can possibly be your weapon. If Grenn or Sora are not players. I have promised to them first.

Excuse me... do you need help? [she'd been confused when she arrived here, so it was a natural question, at least to her]
no subject
[She looked... friendly. Perhaps it's a common factor for those bound to four wheeled devices.]
Depends, is there some useful information you have to offer? Perhaps there is something they, they being the force that retained me and brought me to this place, would like us to figure out on out own but you have done so already?
no subject
I am not sure. They've taken all of us here, and all they seem to want to do is make people fight. [she looks a bit sad at this]
You've read the pamphlet everyone gets, right?
no subject
There must be another objective behind the mindless fighting. Are we just part of a larger experiment to learn if those from different planets can participate willingly or forge relationships? I desire no part in such experiment.
Yes, I have read all of the information provided to me.

So instead, he's sat in the common room of the White dormitory, using one of the computers to check the Player list for potentials.]
no subject
[So! She walks into the White dorm and peeks over his shoulder]
[creeper]no subject
What there is, however, is a list of Players and their current statistics: Weapons, battles... And Kanaya's name scrolls by as he continues to scan the screen, brows furrowed.
And without turning:]
Good afternoon.
no subject
[You cannot be freaked out as you are Kanaya and keep a cool and relaxed facade.]
Good afternoon. My name is on that list, may I inquire why?

Even if Zoro was a pirate he was a nice one and Romeo's friend and so Romeo had to believe that he really was good inside.
He saw a girl walking and the first thing he noticed was that her skin was a grey colour and that she had horns. Well that was a little strange, but Romeo had met lots of people from different countries and places since coming here and had quickly learnt that not everyone looked like the people in Italy. He wondered where this girl was from.
He smiled at her though, because she was definatly new and she was only a little bit older than him, probably about Alfredo's age. "Hello!"
