[Round 4 Day 4 Afternoon]
Characters: Theta & SherlockTheta was quite worried about Romeo after seeing what had happened to him, but she had accepted that there was very little she could do about it. She returned to the dorm, returning her attention to doing something practical--bothering Sherlock about what he'd said to her. She wouldn't stand for being brushed aside like that!
Format: Prose
This log is: Closed
Location: Dorm
Summary: Theta corners Sherlock for a conversation (or tries to, anyway).
Warnings: Probably none.

He saw everything on the screens, of course. Zoro seemed to have the matter well in hand. Sherlock will talk to Romeo as soon as he has sorted out his own thoughts.

"So." It was pitiful, but it was an opener. "I seriously doubt you actually intend to cut me out of things..."

"We should probably talk some more, anyway," she mused, thinking about the issue of her weapon and him being a player. She wanted him to win, wanted to belong to a winning player.
"Strategy and suchlike, you know?"

He shifts, straightening a little, leaning back against the headboard.

"Thank you. I don't imagine it will be easy, and in fact I expect to fail, but that is no reason not to give it my best."

"I confess I don't particularly care," he says, raising his eyebrows slightly. "I am sorry I annoyed you."

"Does that mean there are times when I am not being annoying? I was not aware that was possible."

He can think about taking down this system on the way.

"Let's~." She stood and headed for the door, expecting him to be at her heel.

He is already considering the matter in detail. Perhaps it is time to start participating more fully in the system, after all.

"Mr. Holmes... What do you think about purchasing a few upgrades for my weapon? It...does stand to reason that it will likely get quite a bit better with upgrades...."
Not as altruistic as she would like to think she is.

Needless to say, Sherlock knows the precise location of the nearest booth.
