Good afternoon.

My name is Homura Akemi. I am a Player this round. According to the rule book, Weapons without Players are called Discards. Discards have very few rights. I would like to help Discards. If you would like to vow with me I would be honored. In exchange for your vow, I will give you the privileges that only a Player can give you.

However, I will need one or two Weapons for the purpose of playing the game. I am very skilled with most firearms and will not allow any harm to befall you while battling. If you think your weapon is a firearm and would also like to vow with me, please let me know.

Similarly, if you would like to vow, please tell me. I will be waiting in the computer room if you would rather meet in person before deciding. I am a girl with long black hair.

[Wait, she could still use her PDA to read posts. See this is why she should have paid more attention to Day and less attention to her own thoughts. So she does.

I can accept your offer, then. [It's not like she has much of a choice, if she wants to use the city-wide network, and get her other privileges.]

Then I will protect you. [ That's what the rulebook said to say, so she says it. ]

[She still has to read that thing. Now she kind of remembers what Day was saying about vowing and ruling. It's still a bit fuzzy, but... she has to accept the vow.]

[As she says that, a sword mark appears on her arm.]

[ Homura bows her head upon seeing the mark. ]

Thank you. I will write your permissions now.

[ She snatches up a piece of paper from a nearby printer and writes the permission. She signs and prints her name, then hands it to Ramona. ]

[So now she's an owned Weapon. With rights. That's not too bad. Something about her doesn't like the fact that other Weapons without Players don't have any rights though.

She takes the paper and looks at it.] Thanks. Let me know if you need me for battle. [She gives her PDA number to Homura.]
