Location: The gym on Fortitude campus.
Summary: So there's a massive room carpeted in mattresses and covers and pillows and people are bringing food and there will probably be pillow fights.

Sora had perhaps had too much time on her hands. She hadn't gone down to the train station on time, having been preoccupied putting up posters, but she had at least met some of the new arrivals in the resulting storm of questions and comments on the computers. Which had occupied her for another hour or so. All in all, she hadn't had that much time to actually set up the room, but she'd had enough. With the help of friends and even some amiable NPCs, she'd managed to drag enough mattresses into the gym that it looked like they were going to be learning judo rather than sleeping. Food was yet to arrive beyond a pile of snacks and drinks she'd liberated from the cafeteria at lunch, but she had faith in Yuki, Feferi and the others that they'd pull through.

She'd even managed to get packs of balloons from Recette for a few raks. These were strewn liberally around the edges of the room. The shower and bathroom facilities were fully stocked with towels and there were alarm clocks so they could still get to the assemblies in the morning. They were ready.

All in all, Sora was proud of how well it had turned out. Now all she needed was people.

[You'd think Yuri would be used to this by now. It's entirely possible this place has softened him up, making him forget Flynn's terrible habit of being around when you think it's safe to assume he isn't.

Hearing Flynn's voice, Yuri nearly fumbles a box, probably upsetting the contents inside. Poor sushi.] Flynn! What the heck are you doing here?

[ whoops. He reaches out to steady the errant box, the movement automatic from essentially living on a building site with untrained workers for months. ]

A girl found me wandering around and brought me here. [ he has the grace to at least sound a little sheepish, but not very. ] She was too enthusiastic to refuse, I'm afraid, but she forgot to tell me what it was I was to attend.

[... yeah, that makes sense with both Flynn and some of the people he's seen around here. Typical of the guy.]

It's a cross-school sleepover.

[ blink. ] I see. [ he doesn't. ] It's good that you've made friends, Yuri.

Geez, quit saying stuff like that. [Yuri's just going to take the box from Flynn now and check on the food inside, feeling pleased it's not too badly messed up.]

It's just something for this girl I met. [Because as much as he'd wish his pre-planned excuse would work on Flynn... it probably wouldn't.]

Oh? [ he smiles through the headache that's been threatening since the moment he identified his friend from the crowd, and looks around to try and spot this girl. The headache eases, and so does any memory of Yuri's face. ] Is it someone I've met?

Maybe, she sounds like she's friends with the girl organizing this thing. [Aaaand using a plastic fork from the table to sort of... push the sushi back into their proper formations. It's not perfect but at least it doesn't look like he wasn't trying at all when he made them anymore. Oh well, it'll all be eaten sooner or later.]

So why are you still here?

[ that is pretty much the only time he'll ever see Yuri being neat about something, isn't it. ] Do I need a reason?
