Estonia wasn't exactly known for leading diplomatic discussion, so it was a bit of a sense of pride that she had managed to talk at least what she assumed to be the other nations here into a meeting. Perhaps things wouldn't be so bad here after all, if she could get plenty of recognition and... who was she kidding? She missed her people and her sisters and friends, particularly now that Latvia had gone missing from Conquest. She had Lithuania and Ukraine, at least, so that would have to do.

She's early for the meeting, of course, after having sent everyone reminder messages of it before she left the campus. Don't be late!

Lithuania looks over at America--he hasn't seen the other nation since he got placed in the other school, but he hadn't seemed all that bad when Lithuania met him. Loud, but not mean or anything.

"Oh, hello." There was a pause, while he tried to figure out how things were supposed to go at these things before settling for the obvious response. "How are you?"

"Haha! I'm pretty good right now, how are you doin'?" He would probably argue that he wasn't loud. But would fairly enjoy to hear that he isn't considered mean. It would be a very nice thing for him to hear after all. Although it wouldn't come as much of a surprise to him, considering that he is the hero and all.
