This log is: Open to everyone who wants to be taught!
Location: Some classroom, sdkjfklsf.
Summary: Where Sis tries to teach young children in Conquest (yes, even you) how to use a Katana, and defend yourself properly. This is also her first time holding a class.
Warnings: Cussing to be had. A LOT OF IT.

Good Monday class. Your teacher is a smidge late. Due to the fact that she was just informed that she would teaching a class. What was all the crock full of shit about teaching a class about self defense and use of a Katana? Well, no specifics were given so she guesses on top of being a Player this round she has to play the part of Teacher as well. She strides in, and she's sure she's getting looks; because, what female teaches a self defense class?




She spends most of the time using students to help her demonstrate proper tactic. She's sure to have at least one person in her class that already knew these things. She would be glad for that if she ever had to miss her own class. If the class will notice how untalkative their teacher is. "To conclude todays lessons, I will ask each one of you to work on your tactic. I will put you in pairs next time to show me you have practiced your movements."




"Class still has another thirty minutes. Would anyone like a second demonstration, or have a question?"

Sis realized at the end of class she may need to find a solution for the smaller students. Perhaps wooden swords for them? Everyone else could deal with the live steel however.

"Are you having trouble?"

[babysage]

"No." Usually Kotaro had no trouble admitting he was having trouble or asking for help. But he wanted to do this right, so his brother would be proud of him when he finally came to rescue him.

He tried the movement again and promptly fell over, the sword falling to the ground with a clatter.

"It is okay to need help." She picked the sword up. Who gives a child a full sized sword anyways? Wasn't that like against the law or something?

[babysage]

Kotaro looked up at her sheepishly, "I think I need to grow a bit!" Maybe he could try stretching, that way he might get big enough to use the sword properly.

figuratively, next time i have a log. kotaro will have a smaller sword.

[smupette]

"I will find you something smaller before my class meets again." Which was going to be tomorrow. She could pull that off. "In the meantime. I suggest you practice your defense."

Yay! He will be happy

[babysage]

"Thank you and I will try hard to grow!" He smiled, "I will practice really hard!"

"You may be dismissed, or you may stay after for extra help. Whatever suits you." Sis didn't want to seem rude or anything of the sort, but she was unsure if teaching a class was really something she wanted to do.

[babysage]

"Can I stay? I want to learn more!" He smiled, he was enjoying this lesson, it was much better than the boring ones where he had to sit still for ages.

[smupette]

Sis glanced at the time. "Perhaps next time? I realized I have somewhere to be. I am quite sorry."

[babysage]

"Oh okay! See you next class miss!" He skipped away to the door and waved.
