Summary: BREAKFAST. It happens every day. It's also a great place to run into people whilst half-asleep, half-dressed and half-everything else.

Sora just slumps against his hand, oblivious, her bangs now soaked and slightly cornflake-encrusted.

Suzaku was awake, he had been awake two hours already and had spent one of them waiting in the yard for Sora, they were meant to spar- with sticks as they couldn't actually touch each other, but she hadn't turned up.

He spotted her, with Sherlock Holmes and another girl. He wandered over, "No I really wouldn't touch her, she kicks hard!" His smile was small but it conveyed respect to Sora, who he had come to like even if she hadn't bothered to turn up to practice.

Having gotten Sora out of immediate peril, he shrugs, reclaims his arm from Reiko, and goes back to his toast.

"And now she will not drown in her breakfast. My work here is done."

Reiko glared from the one boy to the other. Just who were they? And who was this Japanese boy who was talking about Sora so familiarly?

She shook Sora's shoulder. "Sora. Sora Himoto, wake up! Sheesh..."

"Buh."

So eloquent, but then again this is a girl who was up all night fretting about what she could have done to make Tsuki so mad at her. She only got to the dining hall at all because Grenn managed to catch her before she staggered into a bush and became her guide towards breakfast from then on.

And then she's shaken and reality snaps back; she blinks milk out of her eyes to look first at Sherlock, then at Reiko. Suzaku has managed to go unnoticed for now, but that won't last. "Aah! What time is it?"

Suzaku smiled politely at the others at the table, "Good morning Mr Sherlock Holmes, and you too miss," he thought the other girl was maybe one of Sora's princesses, but really that was because he just assumed all the girls in the school where her princesses until told other wise.

He looked at Sora, he had never seen her so, well not bouncy. "It's eight fifteen Himoto Sora."

"Good morning to you too," he murmurs without looking up from his toast.

Reiko sighs. "Didn't you get any sleep last night, Sora?"

"Not really... I was thinking too much." She rubs her head sheepishly, then stares as her hand comes away covered in cornflakes. She brushes them off onto her rumpled blazer with the air of someone used to weirder things, and notices Suzaku immediately afterwards. "Ah, sorry Suzaku, I won't oversleep tomorrow," she stifles a yawn. "Have you two had breakfast yet?"

Suzaku nodded, thinking too much often led to lack of sleep and he accepted her apology wordlessly. At her question he shook his head, "I should go get some."
