This was the moment that both opponents were looking forward to so much. The thought of fighting becoming a game was both exciting and mildly terrifying; was people getting hurt really a source of fun?

Well, it was kind of too late to think about that. Meryl was already in the courtyard with her weapon, and she was already trying to think up some sort of strategy. The system was kind of strange, but she somehow knew what to do. All she had to do now was fight; it wouldn't be easy, but it usually never was.

[ Oichi doesn't attack again after she cries out. Just giggles to herself quietly, sword at ease. ]

[Her weapon disappears, and the pain slowly starts to fade, almost as if it was all make-believe.]

Ugh... I guess you win.

[ Her weapon also disappears and she looks confused at her hands for a brief moment before the corners of her mouth quirk up ]

How lovely... you aren't too hurt, are you?

[Strange, there weren't even any wounds.]

[ Oichi comes to sit by her, looking her over. ] You're not bleeding... how odd, how ever-so-odd... Ichi gets a prize now that she's won, doesn't she?

I'm supposed to give my weapon to you, and I think you got some tokens, but that comes from the school itself.
