[The sound of Yuri's fingers knocking against the doorframe is pretty audible this late at night, especially since there's nobody else around but the two of them. His arrival announced, he lingers there, watching Day at her desk from beneath the rim of his hat, letting the shadows and his clothes obscure his face.]

We need to talk.

[She raised an eyebrow and smirked taking in his appearance.] Anyone who can read knows the battle results.

[The records public after all, the slight frown showed that she was not happy about the results.]

[Yuri gives her half a moment to continue before he's pressing her, his voice somehow soft despite the clear warning in his tone.]

And? What are you planning to do about it?

[He can see she isn't happy but what he's focused on is if she intends to carry through with the same torture he heard she did last time Conquest lost.]

[She raises an eyebrow, ignoring the warning tone. He had no power over her.] I'm going to make sure we win next time. [She fixed him with a stern look.]
