So, from what I've been able to figure out, it looks like people arrive in this city pretty regularly -- once a week exactly.
We have to play along with this place's rules and fight each other or we'll be punished, we have to go to school or we'll be punished, and so forth.

Since I'm new here, naturally I'm rather out of the loop, so there's a lot I have yet to learn.
For now I'd like to get to know my fellow prisoners, if that's all right with you.
So if you don't mind, tell me -- What is your name, which school are you at, and where were you before you came here?

Things get more than interesting around here. I will promise you that. I assume you are in Fortitude if you are staying with Dave.

I'm looking forward to that, then. From what I've heard and read, things should be very interesting.
And yeah, that's right. Is there any reason we've split up between schools, by the way?
From my perspective it just looks like a way to foster an artificial sense of competition.
Considering they want us to fight for some reason, I probably just answered my own question.

There isn't much to say about why we are separated into schools. The Dolorosa is your headmistress, and a flaming bitch is mine. Adults are forced to be teachers whether they want to or not, and punishments can be handed out in a hurry.

[Sis is laughing though.] Striders are made to break rules.

Wow, how much more of a flaming bitch can you get than a troll?
Yeah, I was thinking these so-called rules were really more like suggestions. I'm not too worried about headaches or whatever else their punishments consist of.

Your headmistress is kind. I don't believe she would punish you.
The rules? Hmph.

[They need to hang out together. She ditches teaching sometimes, and goes over to the opposite campus and every. Sis is a chick who don't need no man, or no rules.]

[ More dissimilarities between their two worlds, or sessions, or whatever, then. Unless that's just something Sis has forgotten... That's going to be a headache, figuring out which things are actual differences and which are lost memories. ]

It would be convenient if she didn't. We'll just have to see.
