Rose Lalonde disappeared earlier today.

I'm totally keeping this mega sweet Sonar upgrade she dropped, but does anyone want this memory charm? It's about her mom.

I did not know the Lalonde child well, but I will preserve the memory incase of her return.

Yeah! All that stuff you do is awesome. Plus I know a lot more now than I did before I got here. I probably would've sliced my own hand off back home...

If I didn't have to teach a classroom full of idiots, I would take a smaller class, or not teach at all.

You don't get a choice in that though, right? Well, I'm still glad you do! I really don't like having to go to school like some commoner, but I have been learning lots of really cool stuff.

[ And in an hour she's shuffling up to the lakeside, shoes mysteriously absent despite the cold weather. ]

[And Sis has that memory charm extended out in her hand. She had gotten it from our dear friend Lemina not too long ago.]

You seemed upset.

Everyone's leaving.

[ She pulls off the piece of yarn she's wearing, unties the knot, and slips that memory charm on. There's a moment of silence while she suddenly adjusts to having a lot of feelings for a person she has never actually known. ]

Rose went back home to her mom. [ There's some more silence, more adjustment, the sudden flood of memories -- Mom was there for everything, Rose just didn't know it. The feeling of loneliness as her Mom left her behind on LOLAR...everything. ] She loved her a lot.

[ Annnnnnd there are those tears again, dripping down her cheeks. Jade sniffles, rubbing at her eyes. ]

Why did she have to go home?

[She's not the best with kids. ~~see example: Dave~~. But she can have some sort of sympathy for Jade. She lets her have that moment where she gets the rush of a new memory.]

She needed to go help her mother, to save her. Us guardians do a lot for you children- behind the scenes of course. Dad Egbert and Mom Lalonde were doing the same as I. Shit, you guys are basically our kids.

[Sis takes a step closer and pulls Jade to her chest. There we are, cry on Sis.] It was inevitable Jade, there are things we are meant to do in this world.

[If only she could be this way with Dave...hn.]

[ She wraps her arms around Sis and hugs her tight. ] I know. I know they need to go home and save everybody. I'm just being silly.

[ Silly, but she's also a little girl who misses and loves her friends too much. ]

Ms. Strider's taking it. Oops.

Um, maybe if you ask nicely she'll change her mind?
