Event start: On the train
The clothes Dunleavy had mentioned were simple light trousers, three plain t shirts in school colours, a warm jumper; again in school colours and a pair of walking boots. There was also a small rucksack so spare clothes and other belongings could be packed.
On the platform NPCs were loading what seemed to be tents, cooking stoves and sleeping bags into the hold. Those chosen were ushered onto the train and told to sit wherever they liked.
Once everyone had arrived the whistle sounded and for the first time in fourteen weeks the train set off in the opposite direction. Smoke whistled happily past the window as they began to go faster past meadows and trees.
Then, quite suddenly everyone began to feel very sleepy. "There is a story everyone knows..." It was that old dream again, lulling you in and you find your eyes dropping against your will...
When you wake up the train is slowing and the countryside looks different, mountainous, rougher; a little more wild.
"Attention everyone, the train is approaching it's final destination. Please be ready to leave the train in half an hour." As people shake off the last of the sleep this message continues.
Then it changes, "You will notice that some of your now possess a coloured exaclan glove on your chair, others will notice a coloured ring. Please put them on now. Your first task is to find your Player if you are a Weapon, or your Weapon if you are a Player. Find the person whose colour matches yours."

Silver
Shion blinked at the instructions and looked down spotting the silver ring. He put it on and looked around a little confused. "So I have to find a person with a silver glove..."

Brown
He raised his head off of Becca's shoulder, yawning as the announcement woke him up. Sitting next to Becca and Shion meant that when he woke he was both excited and disappointed. Becca was safe with him, but he hadn't been lucky enough to get Shion as well.

White
She picks up the white glove though and puts it on, turning her hand over in front of her face with a grin. She can't help but start to hum Michael Jackson's 'Bad' under her breath. Oh right, she's supposed to be looking for someone isn't she?
"Um, hello? White? Anyone?"
Re: White
Not a face she recognized, sadly, which meant she was going to have to be more cautious than usual. Still, it could have been worse. (Or so she kept telling herself.) Rather than complain, the nation chose instead to stretch out her muscles before moving to her feet and adjusting her clothes. Once they were neatened to her liking, she then wove her way around the aisle until she was facing her new player.
"I'm Brittania."

Green
Waking, she found the green ring on the seat beside her and slipped it on. So, she was to be a Weapon again. It still rankled, a little, but it hadn't been so bad the first time. Tolerable, at least.
She stood up and surveyed the other students in the train car. "Excuse me, have any of you got the green glove?"
Re: Green
When Yuri had boarded the train, he'd intended to keep his eyes on the scenery, to see if he could figure out a little more about this place/world they'd been taken to. To see if he could learn anything that would help them when/if they escaped. Of course, by now he was coming to terms with the fact that their captors were determined to keep them in the dark as much as they possibly could.
One minute he was watching them pull out of the station and the next he was opening his eyes feeling groggy as all hell. Realizing what must've happened, he let out a low groan and rubbed at his face, feeling irritated. "How much sleep are these guys planning to give me?" He muttered, sitting upright to see what else had changed aside from the view.
The first thing, obviously, was the glove. Picking it up, he felt a small vestige of frustration wash through him before he was wryly smiling. At least he was a player this time.
And, as if on cue, someone was calling his color. "Hey, over here!" He answered, standing up and pulling his bag with him. It wasn't a familiar voice which surprised him. He'd assumed he was automatically paired with Flynn...

Black
Picking it up, he turned it this way and that, wondering if this meant he was a player. It had to, right?
"Uh... anybody got black?"

Red
He looked around aware at once listening to the instructions. He looked at the glove; it was red. He stood up silently and walked down the aisle looking for the person whose Player he was.
Re: Red
The very idea of it was unimaginable for Vane who had spent his life growing up in a world of concrete and glass. Where the existence of trees and grass were all synthetic- fake imitations for the purpose of aesthetics alone. To now be on a train sending him out to live in such conditions... the man sighed heavily and adjusted the scarf wrapped around his neck.
As he double checked his gear- thick parka, jeans, boots and a scarf- he once again had to squash a strong feeling of uneasiness. This gear felt so... inadequate for the elements. Mind, he had already come to the understanding that his world's circumstances were fairly unique and that the odds of being hit by a fatal storm while outside the city were low... but it didn't change the inherent fear inside his very core. Mother Nature could kill and, more often than not? She did not know mercy.
His clothes as properly fitted as he could make them, he then picked up the ring that had been left for him.
'Red,' he thought with mild bemusement, even as he checked his bag before getting to his feet. 'I might as well try to find my partner.'

Yellow
Looking next to him, he finds his duffel and yellow ring. Looking around, he notices others putting rings or gloves on. He had know idea what it was for yet, as he had only just arrived. He only agreed to go because Hikaru seemed interested. Instead of putting on the ring like the others, he palms it and puts it in his pocket.
Stiffly standing, Kaoru starts his immediate investigation of the train looking for Hikaru. Seeing him standing near an unknown teen, he notices Hikaru has a ring on his finger. It's BLACK! Kaoru didn't like the looks of things. He didn't want to be separated from him, much less have to fight him if it came to that, as it seemed, based on stories he was told as well as from the assembly he had been escorted to, fighting was the "thing to do" around the schools.
Upset, Kaoru wandered down the train looking for the person with the Yellow glove. He was just scouting, not approaching. Every so often, though, Kaoru would glance back and check on the welfare of his brother, trying not to show an overabundance of emotion to the fact they weren't partnered.

[Blue]
When Yuka woke up, she noticed the blue glove on her seat. Obviously the colors had been picked by some method other than to coordinate with their attire.
And Cirno had orange... Well, it was inevitable that they wouldn't be together all the time. It should be fine.
As for herself, she looked around, but didn't see anyone else with blue...

Re: [Blue]
It is not until everyone has left the train that Aria wakes up, very confusedly. She has no memory of the dream she just had, though it did seem familiar in some way. Looking down, she notices the duffel she packed earlier containing what was provided by the school's staff as well as the bag of sweets she purchased from the shop to share with Yuka. Now, where was Yuka? She knew Yuka was on this train at some point.
Aria started up, when she noticed a clinking noise on the floor. Peering down under the seats, Aria sees a blue ring rolling to a stop. Assuming someone must have dropped it or left it behind (not realizing herself was included in that list), Aria picked it up, dropped it in her duffel, and proceeded off the train.
[Gray]
And then she noticed the glove.
Gray was just about a perfect color for her. Macabre, but not really dark. The symbolism of it was lost on her, however, as she was more concerned with her thoughts of oh great, this is what the third time? and actually putting it on to either (a) look for her Weapon partner or (b) think about too much else.
Re: [Gray]
She was completely boggled by what she found after waking up. Gloves? Rings? Weird status changes? She didn't know what to make of it.
At least having a mark on the back of her hand was familiar, although the marking itself was a bit boring. (Says the girl used to a half dozen different ways of putting together a pair of 'V's... although she couldn't quite remember what one was for some reason.) She puled her shirt out a bit and looked down to see if there was a mark on her chest. Nothing. The marks might not work the same way here though...
For now, she supposed she'd just have to go along with things and see what she could learn. It wasn't just because this was starting to seem like fun, really!
She put on her ring and started looking around. Gloves and rings seemed to be split between sexes about evenly. And no one she saw was wearing a shirt cut low enough to see a symbol on their chest... Then she noticed the red-headed woman with the gray glove, and abandoned her observations to sit down next to her.
"Hi! I'm Sora. It looks like we're going to be partners!" She held up the hand with the ring. "Do you know which of us this makes the Player and which the Weapon?"
