Dining communally like this was ridiculous enough as it was. But did this school really not have pizza?

Staring at the unappetizing food on her plate which was certainly not pizza-like in the slightest, C.C. sighed and poked at it with her spoon. What was it even? Actually, she didn't care. Even Kallen's curry was better than this.

Standing up, she decided enough was enough, and raised her voice to address anyone who happened to be present. "If you can cook a halfway decent pizza for me, I'll be your Player," she announced to the masses. But it better be good.

"Just Cécile, so far," she replied. "But let me guess: you're with the princess right now, aren't you?" Rather hard to miss her presence here.

So Cecile had joined with CC, that made sense. Suzaku nodded at the question, "Yes, with Princess Euphemia. Have you seen Lelouch yet? I am sure he will join with you."

"Lelouch?" C.C. looked at the boy questioningly. "Who is that?"

Suzaku blinked but recovered quite quickly, forgetting names of those around you was one of the more common memories this place had stolen. Usually some description or mention of a title made people understand who you were talking about.

"Lelouch, the emperor, your friend, black hair purple eyes." He waited for CC to realise who he was talking about.

"I don't know what you're talking about," C.C. replied dead seriously. "The last emperor I know of was Zero. And before him, Charles. There was no 'Lelouch' at all."

[swordofzero]

Zero? Zero was the emperor? No... No that couldn't be... Zero was a terrorist, a murderer; he had killed Euphie.

Anyways Lelouch was the emperor, he was the emperor and Suzaku was his knight. Zero couldn't be the emperor unless...

The pieces clicked together in Suzaku's head and his eyes widened, he stumbled backwards. "No... It can’t be true... Lelouch is..."

His eyes glazed over and he blinked confused, looked around at CC. "Sorry... What were we talking about?" He gave an apologetic smile, he had completely zoned out, "something about Cecile wasn't it?"

That was quite a reaction, but over what, C.C. was not sure. Whoever this...what was the name? She had already forgotten. Oh well.

"Nothing important," she responded. "She's my Weapon now. I suppose I'll have to take part in this charade one way or another." What a pain, penalties for not taking part as a Player...

[swordofzero]

Suzaku nodded the fuzziness fading from his mind. "Yes, it seems to be the only chance we have of going home."

This would be so much easier with Zero here to do more of the fighting for her. But that can't be helped, she figured.

"Those other Knights of the Round are here though," C.C. added. Gino was pretty hard to miss sticking out above the masses like a giraffe, and she'd run into Anya earlier in the day. "What's the situation with them?"

[swordofzero]

Suzaku sighed and shrugged, "Gino has forgotten a lot." Including that Suzaku had betrayed him, "So he is acting as if I were still a Knight of the Round." Suzaku did not feel comfortable with that, he felt like he was betraying Gino all over again.

"Anya... I haven't seen her yet..." He had heard that she was here though.
