A Shirt Full of Apples (Open)

Summary: Romeo finds some apples and is handing them out, come share!
Warnings:

The forest was a little bit scary, he had always been told not to wander off into the woods because wolves might eat him. So he had not explored very far into the trees around the school but earlier that day he had found an apple tree not too far from the edge of the woods.

A lot of the apples had fallen so Romeo had gathered them in his shirt and was now sat in the corner of the courtyard with a lap full of apples. He was eating one; it was very delicious! He looked around at the people in the courtyard, a lot of them were adults but there were some children in the school. Like Fletcher! Still even if they were adults none of the adults had hurt Romeo at this school. He should share the delicious apples.

"Would you like an apple?" His voice was quiet but enthusiastic.

Rapunzel had decided Romeo was clearly 'a good friend' and as such was perfectly fine to flop down beside, hair trailing from a corner of the courtyard.

"Oh apples? Did you pick them all yourself? I didn't realize we had apples." She did wait for permission, keeping her hands to herself, but her enthusiasm for the fruit was undeniable.

"Huh?" Enki hadn't been expecting to be offered an apple while walking past, but hey, free fruit was free fruit, even if it wasn't a peach (and besides, if he ate too many apples while Shōryū was looking, there were horse jokes. He didn't approve of horse jokes. Especially not those involving his not-equine-at-all-behind thank you very much).

"Thanks," Enki grinned at the kid and crouched down, taking the offered apple. He really didn't understand why there were so many children, here. What could that possibly accomplish? Why would whoever in charge want to to do this to children?

"Where did you find these?" Maybe he should attempt to be nice and have some conversation with the person who'd offered him fruit, instead of just demolishing the apple.

"Yes, please!" Lyra was beaming as she picked up an apple and took a big bite out of it. And this was another kid, which meant...

"Hey. D'you know Mei?" Lyra asked, sitting down to eat her apple.
