Utena's plate was piled high with everything but the main course tonight: egg salad sandwiches. For some reason, that one kind of food made her intensely uncomfortable. So it was all appetizers today.

She turned, looking for familiar faces. She could sit with the basketball team but they were always vaguely resentful after she beat them.
