Being told she was supposed to teach art hadn't bothered Roxie. She didn't have a teaching license or anything, but whatever -- she knew art, she could teach art. She had better things to do, but she might as well help enrich the next generation's minds while she was at it. Or something.

Or so she thought until she sat down on Sunday night to come up with a lesson plan and found that she had no idea what she was doing.

Anyone coming into the art classroom on Monday morning will find Roxie sitting grumpily behind a desk. On the whiteboard behind her, she's scrawled the words, "DRAW SOMETHING."

Lelouch came in, and set his bag down on the desk. He raised a bit of an eyebrow at the instructions on the board, but so be it. He retrieved some supplies from the storage areas scattered about the room, and got his work area organized.

Roxie looked up when the first student arrived. "Hey," she said. Might as well get to know them; who knew how long they were all going to be stuck here?

"Hello," he answered. "Taking it easy from the beginning?" he asked mildly. Not that he was complaining, really. He could take things easy and make some raks.

"Sure, that." She didn't really want to admit that she had no clue what to do. With luck, she'd be able to get that memory back pretty quickly.

"And you are?" He leaned on his desk for a moment, since she was open to conversation.

"Roxie," she says, before remembering that, well, she's a teacher. "Miss Richter to you, I guess. What about you? I guess I should be taking roll."

"I'm Lelouch, Miss Richter," he gave her his most pleasant smile. He supposed it would be convenient to portray himself as a certain kind of student.

What kind of name was that? She looked skeptical. "Great. Well, go ahead and get started."

Shion entered the classroom cautiously and looked around. There was only one student there so far and Shion went to sit next to him. He was completely lost at what to do, he had never been to an art class before, art, like literature was all but banned in No. 6.

He watched the other student with interest.

Lelouch got his supplies organized. He decided he was going to start simple, so he only had sketching pencils and some related supplies. He didn't really have much of a plan. But he was going to at least look occupied for the class period.

So he set to doing some basic guidelines for a person.

Shion had absolutely no idea what to do, he went to find some pencils like the boy next to him had and sat down again.

He stared at the blank piece of paper and then at what the boy was drawing. He grinned at him, "What are you drawing?"

What even counted as art anyways?

"A person," he replied. He hadn't quite decided on the particulars yet. "Yourself?" He glanced over, but saw blankness on the other boy's paper.

"Oh." He guessed he could draw a person... it couldn't be that hard, he saw people all the time...

"I'm not sure, I've never drawn before." It couldn't be too difficult though, just lines and shapes on paper, same as writing.
