[Feferi is sitting on her bed in the Conquest dorms, flicking at the bracelet around her wrist. She's got two charms attached to it that she didn't have before. Purple tear tracks stain her cheeks, and her voice is scratchy from crying.]

...be careful, Players and Weapons. It's possible to just disappear. Sollux Captor, my friend, not just a Weapon...he's not here anymore. I found a Memory Charm and an Upgrade on my pillow this morning.

[She flicks at the charms again.]

Idiot could have at least told me goodbye. Or told me how he was leaving. Or something. But just disappearing, leaving his things...a memory of his that it feels like I shouldn't have.

[She doesn't mean that.]

[She reaches out and pulls him into a hug. She needs it right now.]

I'm sure...I'm sure everyone else is keeping him safe, if he's back home.

[Feferi pulls back, turning her wrist to look at the charm.] It's a part that I know was painful for him, but it was also a piece of freedom. The only way I'll let it go is if he returns.

[Oh. Hugs. Suzaku stands very still deciding how to deal with this. She is upset so he can't just push her away, so he just stands still and lets her hug him. If it makes her feel better than he doesn't mind too much.

He nods and doesn't pry into what it was.] It shouldn't have been taken from him in the first place, but it is better you have it than those that brought us here do.

[She needed the hug. But she won't let it linger too long.]

No, it shouldn't have been. But I'll still treasure it. Having it, for him, would have meant a memory of a moment of freedom for him.

[She fiddles with the Upgrade charm. It seems better that a Weapon should have it, but she doesn't know how long she'll be a Player. Still, she carefully takes the charm off her bracelet.]

You've been a really good friend and you've been so, so strong. I think...I think this will do you more good than it will do me. [She presses the 1-Up charm into his hand.]

[He nods once but when she presses the Upgrade Ring into his hand he blinks at her.]

But... he was your friend Feferi I think he would want you to have both his things. [Also he was worried about her claiming he was a good friend, not much good ever came from being his friend it seemed.]

[She pauses. On the one hand? He's right. Sollux would want her to have both. On the other...he'd have wanted to do the right thing, right?]

You know him best, so I would have thought he'd want you to have them. [Though really he had no clue, since he had only spoken to Sollux once in passing.]
