world meeting, BACKDATED to the rest day
Characters: all of the nations!
Format: either [action] or prose
This log is: relatively closed.
Location: in town, near the lake.
Summary: what it says on the tin.
Warnings: politic-shaped things.
Estonia wasn't exactly known for leading diplomatic discussion, so it was a bit of a sense of pride that she had managed to talk at least what she assumed to be the other nations here into a meeting. Perhaps things wouldn't be so bad here after all, if she could get plenty of recognition and... who was she kidding? She missed her people and her sisters and friends, particularly now that Latvia had gone missing from Conquest. She had Lithuania and Ukraine, at least, so that would have to do.
She's early for the meeting, of course, after having sent everyone reminder messages of it before she left the campus. Don't be late!
((ooc: wow guys, I'm so sorry I never got around to putting this up, due to IRL reasons. but it's up now, feel free to threadhop and enjoy to your hearts' contentment.))

To be honest, she hadn't donned the red jacket since her arrival in the city when they'd been supplied with alternative clothes, if only because the outfit was unbearably stuffy and tended to get very hot on warmer days, but for today? She should put up with it. After all, today she represented her empire and the royal family and knights here.
As the designated meeting area came into view, she couldn't resist checking the PDA one more time. 1 minute early. Perfect, her emperor would be proud. ... some of them, anyway.

Were we supposed to dress up?
( Because he must have left his uniform in his closet. Back at home. )

Hmm... I don't think it really matters. Where were you? [Asked quite conversationally.]

Thus, Lithuania is paralyzed with uncertainty, watching from afar and trying to come up with some sort of plan for a situation that's completely foreign to him.

Is this your first meeting?
no subject
Mmhmm. Um, we don't really have any at home yet.
[According to Estonia they would eventually, but Lithuania still doesn't really get it.]

"Oh, hello." There was a pause, while he tried to figure out how things were supposed to go at these things before settling for the obvious response. "How are you?"

Wait a moment; there were fewer nations here, weren't there? Hopefully he would be near the end still! After all, you aren't really late until they call your name and mark you as such, right?

"Hey dudes! Sorry I'm late! Had to grab a light lunch." Of course to him, light meant about ten or so hamburgers and an extra large coke. Walking around before sitting down on one of the chairs provided. Reaching over to his pile of food before grabbing a burger and starting to munch down.
"So, what did we start off with?" And he had to ask that question through a mouthful of burger.

"So since there's no agenda today, who's gonna start things off?" It was him right? It usually is.

But she recognized him, despite the century that had rolled by since their last meeting. "British America," or just America in his world, she supposed. How... nostalgic. She gave a small laugh from where she sat, across the table from the nation.
"Interesting."
no subject
Wait...what did she call him? That was a strange nickname. And she was acting like he should know her, and in truth he probably should. Of course he doesn't really remember a whole lot of nations that he probably should.
"Hm? Dude, do I know ya?"

Coming around the corner he straightened his scarf and gave an apologetic smile at Reeta for not being on time.
"Sorry... was planting watermelons for students."
no subject
Estonia adjusted her glasses, giving him a little smile. "How are you, Ukraina?"
no subject
"I em good, been busy week, what about you?"

cries i'm so late.....
Not that this was even a legitimate world meeting. Or that they even had a world to govern anymore, it seemed. But. Whatever.
"Apologies," he huffed, primly straightening his shirt and sweatervest. He didn't offer an excuse, because England isn't big on excuses, so that was all he said as he approached the meeting area.
Half a day is not late!
"Who are you?" Came the immediate response, wondering if he was one of the many smaller countries...
BUT I SHOULD BE PROMPT TO THINGS
"England, a constituent country and current representative of the United Kingdom. Though I'm not the England of your world. You've forgotten what I look like thanks to this damnable place," he informed coolly. "We share a dormitory room."
BEING PROMPT IS OVERRATED!
