[And then John is there, minutes later. He stands right in front of Dave with his best deadpan (struggling not to start laughing), and signs.]

[Too bad for John, Dave is laughing pretty much. Ow, oh god this hurts. Fuck you man. Laughing when your face hurts like hell sucks.

He tries to catch his breath and stops to stare at John for a minute or two.]

[ John tries valiantly to not laugh, but the sight of Dave laughing that hard... well, it's good to see, and makes him happy, so he gives in and laughs himself. ]

[Dave seems to be contemplating for a moment before he sets his sunglasses onto the top of his head. Vriska saw his eyes anyways. Seems silly to make his friends wait to see them.]

[Woah! Dave took his glasses off and it's not just because of sleep! John is pleased. He tries not to show it, but he is.

He plops down on the bed next to Dave.]

[Dave is trying to go back to that pokerface, but it's really obvious now that even if his expression stays the same, his eyes betray him.]
