Characters: Cornelia li Britannia and Conquest students
Format: Whatever you want's fine with me!
This log is: Open
Location: ...A classroom
Summary: Cornelia introduces her approach to teaching Battle Tactics and spends a good deal of class talking to students in the hallway.
Warnings: is Cornelia a warning
Cornelia was hardly pleased about having to teach here, but it certainly wasn't the worst thing in the world. After all, if she could command an army, she could certainly keep her students in line, right?
"Regardless of what you want to be doing with your time, the fact of the matter is that we've all been brought here to fight. As someone with plenty of experience in that area, you are fortunate to have me instructing you on how to plan your battles effectively. After some consideration about how I want to go about this, I've decided to try something a little...unorthodox. It's not going to make your life easier, but it will make my job easier and perhaps you'll manage to learn from it.
I am going to treat this class like I treat my soldiers. You will learn discipline and etiquette like every good soldier must, and once I lay down the the rules I expect you to follow them while you are in this classroom.
Now, I'll give you a moment to think about that while I attend to some business with a few of you."
If you're Britannian(or Suzaku), Cornelia will call you into the hallway one-by-one for a little chat. When she's finished with that, she'll return to take any questions the other students may have.
shhhh I'm sort of on hiatus / also icon cheating because my account ran out...
I don't tell...
but the favoritism will be obvious.]Nunnally, I would like to have a word with you, if you don't mind?

"Unorthodox, you say? Sure it won't be anything close to illegal on the school grounds?"

"Apologies my lady."
hahaha it's fine.
She cleared her throat, "How many others were here when you arrived? Give me your best estimate."
omg how did I miss this one out!
no subject
And how many of those were Britannians?"
no subject
He made no mention of the fact Japan had been here, or that they had disappeared. "There were roughly five others who I believed were Britannian, but most seem to be from other worlds where they have not heard of the Empire."

He tries his best to hide the satisfaction in his voice.
"I am not sure about the spirits of countries, but there are those that claim to be so. Even if some of them are countries that I do not think exist in our world."
no subject
"Can you name any of these other...supposed spirits?"
no subject
He realised there was something important he had forgot to mention and frowned.

What's a soldier?
no subject
[She's frankly baffled. Oh boy...]
Someone that fights in an army.

[After a moment she raises her hand again.
RUN WHILE YOU CAN]...What's an army?
no subject
no subject
Is it something a country has?...Or like one?
[She actually remembers something she was taugh. RUN]
no subject
She has a lot of work ahead of her.]
An army is a collection of people that fight for their country's sake.
no subject
Okay!...So are we going to learn what a soldier acts like?

[She may look a bit afraid]
no subject
Is something the matter?
no subject
You seem really... in control of yourself and determined, I am not very good at being either of those.
no subject
You can learn, and if you pay any attention at all in this class, perhaps it can assist with that.
no subject
Do you think that is something one can learn?
no subject
Are you up for the challenge?
no subject
Yes. I am up for it.
no subject
Good. That's exactly the attitude you're going to need.
no subject
This may be personal, and forgive me if it is, but have you ever felt unsure of yourself? How do you... deal with that?
