Open log for Fortitude peeps!
Characters: John Egbert AND YOUJohn thought about it, on Sunday, and decided that even a week of not being able to hug or poke or tap one of his friends on the shoulder was too much. Why did both Jade and Dave have to be Players?
Format: Whichever you like
This log is: open
Location: Fortitude dining hall
Summary: At whatever given meal you like, John is sitting calmly at the Discard table.
Warnings: Ridiculous deaf boy?
Well, they'd been sneaking out better food for him, and even if he really couldn't do anything but chill in his room, or Dave's room, or Jade and Vriska's room, it was ok. He could touch his friends and not get hurt for it.
Today (whichever day today is), at this meal (whichever meal this is), he's just sitting at the Discard table, picking at the bland icky food he's forced to eat and looking rather content with his lot, everything aside.
He wouldn't turn down any conversation.

don't want one!
jade and dave are both players this round.
That's really all that needs to be said, in John's opinion. Britannia may need clarification, but really that's the heart of it. His best friends are players, so he's not vowing with anyone since he can't vow with both.

"You don't want to fight either one?" She asks then, setting the cup down and licking her thumb clean. It's unmannerly, yes, but she's decided she's allowed to be a little more slovenly these days. Nothing she does could possibly be as bad as Alfred, anyway.

no it's just that if they're both players, if i vow to one of them, i can't touch the other one.
which would suck a lot.
so i'm just not vowing!
