rakuen | Class: Bloodless Killing (Fortitude)

Location: A classroom in fortitude
Summary: Nanashi is meant to be teaching bloodless killing, he's not too impressed but class sort of happens
Warnings: If they actually get round to any actual teaching, descriptions of violence? Talk about killing also.

Nanashi was only here in his classroom because he figured doing what he was told to and teaching was the least he could do for the free food, shelter and relative safety they had offered him. Being kidnapped, since from hearing the others talking this is what he guessed had happened, and brought to a school where he was expected to battle, was an interesting version of safety.

But compared to the last few years it was. At least it would have been if Kotarou wasn't lay in the infirmary unconscious showing no signs of waking any time soon. No one knew what had happened to the kid, he had just dropped, along with others, from two schools. Nanashi sighed slightly in frustration.

The class was starting, Nanashi had pushed all the furniture up to the walls to create a practice space, he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The idea that he was to teach these kids to kill was disturbing for him, to kill without bullets, without blades; something he had become good at since binding his gun.

That thought gave him a headache though so he looked up at the gathered class.

"How many of you have killed before?"

He might as well get a feel for his students first.

[She does as instructed, keeping her eyes on his face.]

Good, now what can you do from there?

If I were stronger, I'm in a good place to grab your wrist now. But with my arm strength you'd just stab me anyway and it wouldn't do anything.

But if you were to turn the knife away from you? [A raised eyebrow] Remember what I said, don't use your arm strength, use your whole body.

I'd have to be moving fast, but let me think about this...

I can push the knife away enough... [She puts her hand at his wrist, trying to shove his arm away, but she's moving in slow motion so she can think.]

And duck at the same time... [Bending backwards away from his pencil and trying to twist her wrist free at the same time.]

Very good. [Slow motion is good. Her arm slips out of his hand and he steps forward, still holding the pencil.] But I am still a danger. [He waits to see what she will do.]

[keeping her eyes on the pencil and backing away]

Get some distance...then turn tail and run like hell?

[He nodded] That is one way, but I think I could outrun you. What is the name of this class.

Bloodless Killing. I need to get the knife away from you. But if I kill you with the knife, there'll be blood.

Indeed. [The pencil was turned towards him and he stepped forward quickly, bringing what would be the handle of the knife towards the center of Becca's throat, bringing his other hand round to the back of her neck.] Yet if I hit you here, I could crush your throat. No blood.

[eyes wide, thinks this over]

If you get your hand on the back of my neck, I'm fucked. I need to dodge before you get there.

[He nods but steps back, turning his knife back to point at Becca and grabbed her wrist, the same position as he had started in.] But if you moved quick enough...

[She raises her hand in 'surrender', then takes his wrist and pushes the knife away as she dodges downwards, working on freeing her wrist from him the way he'd showed her before. She moves to the side and pulls his arm forward, raising her leg to kick in his knee, trying to send him sprawling forwards.]

[Interesting. Not what he had been going for but interesting none the less. He lets the move take him down, not quite sprawling but landing on his front.] Well done, now you are thinking.

So now I can get on your back...

[moves to straddle his back and pin him down]

Now I don't know what to do though. In movies people snap people's necks by twisting 'em really hard, but I don't think I'm strong enough to do that.

No probably not. You'd need to know a lot more than what you can learn from movies also. Think Becca, how could you hurt me from here.

If I stomped on your neck...?

Yes that would work. You could also, if you knelt on my arms attack my face.

Or if I kicked your head like a soccer ball...that'd do some damage wouldn't it?

It would yes. [His tone was wry and he began to get up.] I think you have the idea.

Yeah, I think so.

[Another nod.] Not bad for a first lesson. You may sit down.
