I figured everyone would be so busy following the rules saying we have to spend all our time fighting Fortitude to do their homework. Those can't both be rules, it wouldn't be sensible time management.

Yeah, because you spend hours every day fighting Fortitude, that's why you have a ton of Raks and are a Prefect, right? Oh wait. You're not. You have plenty of time to get your work done, stop being lazy.
