[ She's elbow deep in fresh topsoil, carefully placing it around her new, lovely flowers that grow all around the Prefects' building when she gets a beep on her PDA. Placing the trowel back on the ground, she takes off at a sprint, not even bothering to put her shoes on.

And Jade becomes the third person to visit, and the second one to skid through the door. ]

[ And now he's covered in dirt and Jade. He lets out a faint audible laugh, a rare occurrence when it's not startled out of him, and hugs her tightly, typing with one thumb without letting go just yet. ]

Sorry I was gardening. [ She pulls away just a little bit and grins. ] I like your laugh! And I moved into a new dorm, it has a bunch of gardens. So I was tending them.

I think it's great. I'd practice speaking with you. [ Do you see this sincere, angelic face. This is the face of someone who is completely serious. She would love to help her friends. ] You've taught me how to do sign language, so I should help you...right? That's what friends do?

[ A smile. ] I got picked by Nanami. I'm really happy, I get to be a prefect and be a cool role model.

[ Oh my god how cute is she? John nods in response to her question, then shyly adds, OUT LOUD ] Okay.
