As classes continue on Friday the weather gets continuously worse until teachers announce that the last class will be cancelled. Screens display the message that all students must report to their dorms but power outages and flickers render them mostly ineffectual. Prefects are instead sent out, armed with waterproofs to make sure all students make it back to their dorms.

Thunder crashes and lightning lights up the sky as the lights flicker and the wind gets steadily louder. Students are required to remain inside, prefects are sent round with snacks and all prepare themselves for a long, wet and windy afternoon.

Shion was sat with his face pressed against the window watching the storm. He loved storms, though at the moment it was just making him homesick. He remembered another storm, the day he had met Nezumi. Storms always reminded him of Nezumi, and at the moment that day was his earliest clear memory.

He was also wearing a maids costume, which he was mostly trying not to think about it. The rules of this place were clear if very unfair and until the next day he had to do what Asagi told him to, and that included wearing this outfit.

"Psst, Shion!" Sora was currently overencumbered by a stack of board games and boxes of various types of playing cards, but she still managed to wave for his attention in a half-sneaky manner. "Do you need a game?"

"A game?" Shion blinked at the boxes in Sora's hands. "What are all of those?" He hadn't really spoken to her since the platform but he had wanted to, she was in the memory Becca had given him.

"I'm not sure... Do you recognise any of them?" She held out one armful of boxes, hopefully. "They look like fun, anyway."

Shion shook his head, "No, but I'm sure someone will!" He looked around at the people sitting around, he only knew Asagi and his roommate though.
