Thunderstorm (Attn: All)
As classes continue on Friday the weather gets continuously worse until teachers announce that the last class will be cancelled. Screens display the message that all students must report to their dorms but power outages and flickers render them mostly ineffectual. Prefects are instead sent out, armed with waterproofs to make sure all students make it back to their dorms.
Thunder crashes and lightning lights up the sky as the lights flicker and the wind gets steadily louder. Students are required to remain inside, prefects are sent round with snacks and all prepare themselves for a long, wet and windy afternoon.

He was also wearing a maids costume, which he was mostly trying not to think about it. The rules of this place were clear if very unfair and until the next day he had to do what Asagi told him to, and that included wearing this outfit.

Snacks!
He's handing out snacks to everyone, and frankly, that means anyone. He doesn't think there are any Discards anyways, so he just gives out snacks to everyone to the dorm. If he gets in trouble for it? Oh well.

But, he's not too picky who he hands snacks out too, so if you're in the dorm, he'll just hand you your snacks.

With that, she sits off to the side, trying to wring out her hat and bow, keeping an eye on everyone.

[ That's all the time she needs. ]
[ She rifles through the red dorm's inhabitants' belongings when she's sure nobody is looking, trying to scrape up raks and valuables. ]
[ ooc: Unless your character has heightened senses (like they were an assassin or whatever), it would be difficult for them to catch her in the act. What normal people can do, is enter the room and force her into hiding OR you can just tell me here she stole some of their stuff. That stuff is going to be sold to Recette as soon as she is able. ]

Re: Outside
That was why she had picked it.
She spread her arms out to the side and tilted her head back to catch more of the rain, a blissful smile on her face. Yuka wasn't heedless of her clothes getting soaked; it would be more accurate to say she was enjoying it. Bare skin would have been better, but stripping out in the open got you hassled too much. She wished she'd had a chance to buy a swimsuit before this happened. But even so...
"Ahhhhhh..."
Sometimes, nothing beat the simple pleasures in life.

I solemnly swear I'm up to no good
To put everything in place, he had a few messages to send. First was to Dirk It's time you pay for your dinner. Second was to Suzaku You may end up with a punishment before the evening is through.
That done, he took one of the rain slickers, in as muted a color as was available. He put an extra pair of shoes and socks in his school bag, which he wore under the coat. He didn't want squeaky wet shoes to give him away. He left Fortitude's campus, and made his way toward the mayor's mansion.
He snuck his way toward the back of the house, and found his way to a place he could climb up to the second floor window. He pulled himself up to where he could wedge the window open. With it open, he quickly took off his wet shoes and socks, and dropped them on the ground below. He swung his body around, and stripped off the slicker. He held onto that, though. He lowered himself to the floor, and pinched the hood between the sash and the sill, so that it couldn't be seen from the inside. Yes, it would flap in the wind, but it was unlikely that there would be anyone outside to see it.
He pulled on the dry socks and shoes as quick as he could. Finally, he made his way through the hall, listening for the telltale hum of a computer room beyond these doors.]

That being said, despite shivering up a storm and soaked to the bone, he's got his camera out and trying to take pictures of the lightning. It meant some wasted film, but getting a crack of lightning would look fairly good on film, he thinks.
