As evening falls all the new arrivals are directed towards the battle arena in the centre of town. It is large, as large as a football pitch and there is seating all around. In the centre of the battle area there is a tower with a clock. On each side of the tower there is a screen.

The lights are on and it's obvious something is about to happen. Take a seat, enjoy the show.

OOC: The battles will be put up in two threads. Mingling can be done before the battles, during, between and after!

Looks like it. [She laughs then, bending down so she can look Liet in the eyes.] It's pretty amazing, you look exactly the same but shorter.

Most everyone's this size when I'm from. Why, how old are you?

[She pauses for a moment, mulling it over.]

Hmm... I guess about... 180? Maybe 190?

What, really? You're just a little kid?

[This is the strangest conversation ever if you're not a country. Actually, it's still weird even if you are a country.]

Yeah, that's really unusual! You must have grown really fast.

Really? No one else thought it was weird. [Mind, everyone else was currently trying to find out how to stop her, so that's not saying much.]

Maybe. If you got a lot of territory fast people aren't going to stop to explain things to you when they're busy fighting you, either.

Oh! [Troubled expression gone.] That's right, I had all of the Americas before I was a hundred! Do you think that's why?

Yeah, North and South- [pause... siiiiigh] You don't know what they are, do you?

[Shaking his head.]

Some really big territory somewhere?

Pretty much. Do you know what continents are?

There's Europe, Asia, and Africa.

[...And Lithuania puts two and two together.]

There are two more continents I don't know about--

[And then he puts four and two together.]

You have control of two continents?

[She seems relieved now because she doesn't have to explain.] I used to!

[A pause. Let that rapidly beating heart calm for all of a fraction of a second, because she's still talking.] But right now I almost have half of the civilized world!

[Lithuania just stares, his thoughts trying very hard to catch up to this. He makes a note to ask Estonia and Latvia about a Britannia later, to see if this nation is from the same world as his or a different one. And then he has to ask about the most important thing to him.]

What parts of the world?
